VERY VERY bad quality, never saw clothing that badly knitted, really unbelievable bad!

You cannot return the pieces, you need to pay extremely high fee for shipping to China, they count on it. So they propose a refund which is nearly nothing.
And then you do not get any refund.

REALY BAD ORGANISATION!!!!

Zero star if i could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE. They are a scam. They are going to steal your money.

They are horrible. Slow, wrong colors sent, misleading size info, no laundry instructions anywhere, absolutely no response to email sent regarding wrong color, in my case the bag the top is in has "pink" printed on it, but the top is clearly yellow. I ordered pink.
I've ordered from Rotita, had no problems.
I have a suspicion that someone stateside acts as a go between, sending orders to China where they aren't fulfilled until there are enough to justify a shipment. Hence the slow turnaround.
And I agree, the reviews on their website have to be fake. They're all good, but in broken English. I never found a place to write my review on their website, which is why I'm venting here.

Thank you to all who have written reviews! We (senior citizens) were going to order items for our daughters and grandchildren, your reviews have saved us from loosing our money!!
We only wish you all could get your money back as you have saved us a few hundred dollars.

Awful. The measurements shown on the garments are not accurate whatsoever. They mailed me the wrong sizes and again, the measurements posted on the website are completely wrong. They never mailed one of the shirts I paid for and cannot be reached via email like their website says, for returns and refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Please beware of these scammers, we need to stop paying for items that we never receive and is cheap tat if we do get anything at all. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROBBING GITS

I need a refund on my items, sent many complaints no response.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered two tops and they were like plastic. They would not let me return them, wouldn't give me an address to send them back to. I had to get in touch with my credit card company who refunded me.

Hi all, I would have fallen for this if I hadn’t read reviews first, if you can’t get a refund please contact your debit card or credit card company for a refund.

It’s called a chargeback on the basis that your received substandard products, you may not of received anything or your received the wrong products.

Irrespective of the reason your bank will claim the money back through MasterCard or Visa and the company who takes money on behalf of the retailer.

This must be don’t within 6 months of the issue, although the sooner the better.

Do not Buy!!! The clothing is nothing like the pictures. They steal pictures from other clothing retailers and then pass them off as their own. The quality is cheap. I purchased several items one item pictured was the same dress I have. When the items finally arrived they looked nothing like the pictures, thin and poor quality. I contacted them right away and expressed my disapproval they told me to send them back to get back some of my money. So I mailed them back which cost an additional $52.75. China rejected the package and then it was send back to me. This took a total of 6 months and over 34 emails. They said they never got the package so I'm out the money for the clothes and now shipping. Please do not buy from this company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I don't understand how they're still in business probably because they continue to take advantage of more people.

Ordered two items early April. Still (today May 22) have not received them--one was a gift for my son's finance...

THIS IS A SCAM. why do we keep buying from these scam companies? While we continue to support them thru throwing our money at these companies they continue to breed like the rabid dogs they are. Do your research before sending money!

These criminals have been around for years now but we still keep thinking somehow they will see the wickedness of their ways. These companies are SCAMMERS!!!

They pretend to be valid companies but registering in different countries around the world usually capitalist countries like USA, Canada, England but they cannot be contacted thru these registrations. They change their registrations regularly. However The scammers are based in Hong Kong and China. They are thieves who steal from their workers, the clothes designers whose designs they steal and from their customers. Their methods are non supply of paid for goods, provide poor quality if they do turn up, or wrong items, they ask for 5 star reviews to deal with issues, provide no after care, take no responsibility even if it’s their problem which it always is, will never pay for return of faulty, incorrect, wrong sizes, etc etc etc goods. Often abuse review sites by providing scam reviews. They usually have double banger names such as rosegal, fashionMia, charmwish, Berrylook, Innsstyle, and hundreds more or they copy legit companies names by changing a letter or 2. They never deal with their fecal messes they leave everywhere. Then if you find a way to complain they retaliate in very nasty ways by sending spam pornography to you.

I ordered 5 shirts for me and my mother. I ordered my normal size with is medium and the largest for my mother which was XxL. When I received the items NONE of them would even fit me, even the XXL for my mother wouldnt fit me. The clothes look like baby clothes. They would probably fit my 8 yr old niece perfectly, crazy. I didnt even return the crap bc it was too much of a headache. This was supposed to be my moms mothers day gift.

I placed an order on April 4th and just now received it today on May 12th!!! It DOES NOT fit and looks NOTHING like the picture. The ad shows a petite, 5’3” female wearing the overalls and they appear more fitted to her small figure. I am 5’2” 105 lbs, ordered the smallest size and they are HUGE on me! Very disappointed!!

Placed an order a month ago, paid and have not received my order yet. No correspondence from them at all. I have sent several messages with no response.

I ordered 8 shirts from this company, it took 2 months and only one of the shirts was even the color I ordered. Don’t waste your time or money buying this cheap crap. It feels like a plastic table cloth and has zero shape as well as not looking at all like the pictures they sent me a blue shirt instead of a grey one, another blue shirt instead of a yellow one, a green shirt instead of a black one and a royal blue shirt instead of a green one. Clearly the person who packaged my items was color blind.

I bought a pair of shoes that were so cute in the picture, but were a poor imitation at best in reality. Luvyle claims to accept returns, but they really don't. There is no button for return. You have to go through their customer service. No one answers the phone. The email response is over 2 days and that response is combative. I asked for a return address. Nope. They wouldn't give that up. Instead, they said I could get a voucher for a new product. I don't think this company is in the business of retail. Who would want to aggravate a first-time customer? I think their business model is: post a picture of a nice product, send a substandard, cheap product, collect your small profit and go to the next sucker. Get enough people do this and you'll make a large profit. Oh! and there is no place to post a review on their site, so all those reviews are fake! Well, fool me once.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I ordered 5 blouses/shirts. After 4 weeks I received my order, one item was missing and two others were sent in the wrong color. All are inexpensive fabrics, I guess commensurate with the cheap price- you get what you pay for. I was truly deceived by the online photo catalog. I have written to customer service but based on other reviews do not a resolution or refund. I will appeal to my credit card company if need be.

All wrong items sent, One item missing. Despite numerous queries with regard to refund am still waiting after 10
months. They take the money out of your account immediately. But they don't like to refund. Received goods are dreadful quality. Plus 3 Tshirts all in red when 3 different colours were ordered. Avoid at all cost, wish I'd had the sense to read the reviews before I ordered. I would like to give no stars but I doubt that possible. Have just been told refund has gone into my account. Has not appeared yet, let's wait and see.
