Absolute rubbish items, nothing like the pictures advertised, cheap, poor quality garbage!!!!. Unable to return as no instructions, when I emailed them they kept asking me to take pictures of the garments and describe what is wrong with them, never heard anything like it!!! Do not buy anything from this website, total waste of money.

This is a horrible company. Please please never order anything from them.

If you ever try and return the item for a refund I can guarantee you it will never come. They have been giving me the runaround for a year.. now they have just stopped communicating with me.. Please don’t ever order anything from LUVELY They are trash !!!!!

BEWARE: Whatever you do DO NOT call the number 919-842-3887 given in reviews by Darlene Klein and Cindy Parker. This is a N.C.# in the Raleigh area not China from whence the merchandise is shipped. It is a scam designed to get credit card information and get you to give them access to you computer. They will then access control of your computer and they will charge items to your credit card. Fortunately, they dealt with the wrong person, orders to the card were cancelled and Norton Security stopped the computer issue. These people (I would say animals but that is would be an insult to animals) are the very lowest of the low - pond scum. ENOUGH SAID!l

I ordered a top from them two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I wonder if it ever will

1 wouldnt even give this company a 1 star. I ordered 8 tops in May, I finally received 5 (poor quality) and have been trying to get the money back on the others ever since. An email ping pong has ensued with the same questions being asked of me in different ways by different people, i am now going to my bank to see what they can do. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from this company

Do not order from this website!! The clothes all look lovely in the photographs but the actual garments are very poor materials that don't look anything like the photo on their website. The sewing is terrible and the blouse I received is unwearable due to the front panel being twisted. I didn't realise the company is based in China!! And now I am trying to return the items, not sure I will ever receive a refund. An expensive mistake!!

I cannot leave anything lower that one star or I would have. The worse company ever. I received absolutely the worse top re fabric, design, everything. I have tried since March to get my money back, I have sent every receipt, label they want and they still have not given me my money back - if there was a trading standards in china I would send it. Please do not buy from this company.

I was most disappointed in the blouses I received. They were the right products, but the wrong size. They state on their website that they offer plus sizes. But what I received was nowhere near plus size. The sizes I received were more like a size 5 or 6. The sad part about the whole thing is that the clothing actually had plus size labeled on their tags.

BEWARE! As lovely as the clothing looks, it is a SCAM. I ordered 3 blouses. Grey, navy and black, size medium. I received 3 purple blouses, size small. While I got the blouses from an address in Texas, the company insisted I must ship the returns to CHINA. My cost? $75.73 for 3 blouses. Cost to ship yo China? $27.00. To be determined if I ever get my money back. Company calls itself Luvyle. Correspondence and customer service is CiciLookShop. Payment went to Orders Plus International Limited. Warehouse in China is: Gate 2, Zhongtang Warehouse, Sanhe Logistics Park, Chajiao Ave., Zhongtang Town, Guangdong Province, Dongguan City, China. BEWARE!

Just like all the other reviews. Same thing happened to me. They sent me wrong color and wrong size. Paid $30.00 for blouse & shipping. Then it was there mistake but now I checked and it will cost me $20.00 to ship back. They told me that was the only way they would refund my money. So I might get 10.00 after everything or I could be out $50.00 and they still do nothing. This company needs to be put out of business but we know that won’t happen. Read these reviews and tell all your family and friends not to use this company.

Ordered 3 women’s tops. Took almost 2 months to arrive. Tops are about 4 sizes too small, made of very cheap fabrics and made poorly. Unable to get through to the company to return the clothing and after reading others experiences I will probably just donate to Goodwill and eat my loss of $58.00!!

I ordered items from this site thinking it was a UK site. How wrong I was! Despite having checked item size guides the tops that arrived would have fit a 10 year old, not a large chested adult! I requested a return on their website and heard nothing so I emailed them. They offered me a voucher for their site of £12 for 3 items which cost just over £39, I declined. They then insisted that I send the return package tracked ... to CHINA (once your package arrives in China there is no tracking as China do not offer this!) I did so, only to receive the parcel back around 6 weeks later with a note to say it had not been collected. So, not only did they steal my money for the orser, it also cost me about £15 to return clothing that just ended up back with me again anyway.
Will not touch with a bargepole and won't order from other Chinese clothing businesses now either.

Order large cotton blend t-shirt for $29 and 13-20 days delivery.
Delivered 45 days later. Totally polyester. And Chinese as usual too small fit.
Company has many names: cicilooks norocora etc.

If I could give it a zero I would. Took months to get order and nothing like shown. You get what you pay for - junk - don’t waster your money. Goodwill be getting everything I bought. I hope someone may get use of it. Horrible

Theses are a complete rip off ..i cant get through by email to get the returns address .. so i can send £45 worth of clothes back i order 2xxl as it says size 16..i like tops baggy ..that wont fit a 5 year old ...there is no return address ..PLEASE DONT BUY ...There is no minus star button other wise it would of been minus

This company is a SHAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have been trying through PayPal to return these goods. They are poor quality, sizes all wrong and cheap material. I have just received an email from them offering me £17.00 when the cost of the order is £45.49, I am totally disgusted with this company. I wonder how many people they have ripped off. I have had to give them 1 star as could not write the review without giving it , if I could have given them 000000 I would have. I only wish I had read the reviews about this company before ordering.

Beware of this company, items they send you are not what is shown...cheap knock offs of the pic shown ...my first order took 3 months to come and was not even the same colors as I ordered ...I had forgotten that i did business with this company and ordered again,I will probably have to wait another 3 months.
Oh the size chart is not what states, if you wear a size 16 in usa, you need to get at least size 3x states otherwise..the reciept they send you by email never shows an itemized order just an amount...

Order took over a month to come. Tried to contact seller and every time I typed in the "im not a robot" code it said - invalid. Never could send a message after more than 20 tries.
