Don't order from them. Obviously comes from China. I ordered an XL t-shirt, it took a month to arrive, and the sizing was ridiculous. Very small, weird cheap sizing. XL children's maybe. Don't waste your time or money.

Don't do it - Products look absolutely nothing like photos and materials are nylon etc when advertise woollen for instance - Items shown as lined are not and arrive with exposed bulky joins with bad stitching. If you do want to return product they want it returned to manufacturer in China at your cost (huge going that direction) - so its cheaper to throw it in the bin (which is all its fit for I'm afraid). Absolute rubbish in every respect...

same as everyone else.....horrible, horrible cheap, misrepresented clothes....THEY ARE IN CHINA AND YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS!!!! the web site return policy is a LIE/SCAM.....i'll be contacting my visa/bank to dispute the charges...

Horrible company. You will not be able to return your items. All items I purchased were extremely poor quality and the sizes run extremely small. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Giving one star is giving one star too many. Don’t order from these people. I spent $50 on a jacket and shoes In late August. It’s now mid November and I still haven’t received anything. Contacting them is useless they only make promises that the things I ordered are coming. Im gonna have to mark it up as a loss.

I would give a Zero if that was an option. I should have listened to all the reviews!! I am having the same exact problem trying to return items. I sent a message over 2 weeks ago and I get one message per day asking different questions from different people and now they are back to asking the same questions they already asked!! Just like the reviewers below, they offered me a $17 dollar refund for a $60 order! This is fraud and they are trying top rip all of us off. I have tried numerous ways to contact them to get this resolved but have not had any success. This company needs to be shut down!!

What you SEE and what you RECEIVE are completely fabricated.
Disappointed is an understatement. It makes me wonder if there is a Better Businesss Bureau. Luvyle is a scam, just a matter of when it will be shut down.

Absolutely shocking. I never received my item and I have been back and forth with customer service sending me THE SAME TEMPLATE EMAIL for months. They just don't care.

Update: they replied to my trust pilot review saying they had emailed me with a resolution..... only to send me THE SAME GENERIC UNHELPFUL REPLY AGAIN!!! shocking.

Their t-shirt sizes are not true to size. The XL t shirt I ordered is more like an XXS. I emailed to ask for a refund and they offered a £3 refund for a £13 t shirt. I have asked for a full refund but doubt I will ever see that money due to the poor customer service.

Clothes are very poor quality and nothing like the photos, and customer service is appalling. I tried to return £50 worth of goods, did everything they told me to, printing out their address label and sending them tracked and signed then, after months of chasing my refund, the parcel turns up back at my door! After numerous emails back and forth and getting nowhere, I contacted Royal Mail who immediately told me I would never see my money again; apparently this happens literally hundreds of times a day, always with cheap clothes/bags companies based in China.
IT IS A SCAM - don't do it.

And the lies continue - they have replied here saying they have emailed me but I am yet to receive it. If and when it does arrive it will be more of the same empty promises, never getting anywhere and always signed off, infuriatingly, 'have a happy day'.

I should of read reviews prior to buying this place. BAD BAD return policy. I bought may clothes online and never had such a BAD experiences trying to return the stuff. Would not buy from thing place again EVER. ** PLESE RUN away from buying from this place.

There is no way to contact this company, even though they give an email address it bounces back as an invalid email address. 2 of the 3 clothing items I ordered have a hole in them and there is no way to rectify the situation. Don't buy from them. Material is cheap also. My sweater smells awful.

Buyer Beware!!! Just received my final two orders from Luvyle. I have already written a review about my first order. Unfortunately, I made 3 separate purchases with this company and when I received my first order and realized I had been scammed they had already billed me and shipped the other two orders. One of which I tried to cancel as I hadn't received a shipment email with tracking number as I had with the other two orders. They responded saying sorry it has already shipped.
Moving forward... here I sit with 2 more orders that are nothing like the description online. I believe Luvyle must write their own reviews because what people are saying directly on their site does not ring true. This stuff is not the same quality or even material that you see. I have 12 items total now and only one of them has a proper label and represents the online photo although it is still too small even though I used their sizing chart. Here are a couple examples: I ordered what appears as brown leather boots with a stamp engraved into the fabric only to receive PLASTIC orangy-brown boots with no such stamp or any leather whatsoever. I opened the package and the toxic smell that was off gassing from these boots was horrible. The white glue that holds the soles on was sloppily run along the circumference of the side sole without any stitching as per the online photo. Another example is a knit sweater I ordered that was not knit at all but made from a waffle low quality material and the stitching to hold it all together didn't even match the colours. I could go on about each item I received that does not have sizing labels, a brand label, is a cheap replica of the items they have posted online that isn't even their clothes. They simply try and duplicate these items with the poorest quality material. The colours, fabric and sizing are wrong.
My visa company has opened up a dispute and investigation on this company.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. What a load of rubbish quality. the item I ordered was not as advertised, just a total dogs dinner. I had ordered the same item from another supplier in a different colour. no problems with that.The same advertisement picture displayed by Luvyle was nothing like the one from the other firm. was nothing like the advertisment!!!!!!
i suppose it will be a waste of time applying for a refund. wish I could find a link to report this to the proper authorities.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Luvyle is HORRIBLE!! 5 of 7 items ordered are not useful: Quality of merchandise is poor; Inferior workmanship; merchandise measurements are smaller than advertised. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Requested an address to return the items and after 5 emails to customer service they have not offered a return address. The Customer Complaint link on their screen required a log-in, but the next screen says: "Account has been disabled." The solution is that the cost to return would be prohibitive to me so they offered a $39 voucher against my next order. I have almost begged 5 times for a resolution so I can get my $100 refund and they can receive their merchandise. That was 5 days ago. No response. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE RISK IS TOO GREAT THAT YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I am in dispute with them as all items received are VERY poor quality, two items still have not arrived after 2 months and they point blank refuse to refund. I have contacted Trading standards and my bank. Do not believe the marketing these products have NEVER had a higher sale value and are not even worth half of what was paid. It is a Hong Kong based company using a UK forwarding address. I have had a massive battle to try to find any customer service details. WASTE OF TIME. CON MERCHANTS NOT COMPLYING WITH UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

they sent my stuff with address inside for return, the stuff did not fit me and i sent it back, after that they only want to refund 50% they say i sent it to wrong address, YES SURE I MAKE IT THE ADDRESS
