I have just ordered and paied for an excellent car holder JY 61 which I hoped I'd got it and instead of it I received JY061 which it is may be in similar price but is a little bit different in size and application. The delivery itself was excellent in terms of time of delivery and location.

Disappointed I bought twice from this company and 2 times the cases were too small, Straight to the bin, made a complaint wanted my money back but was told to send a video of me putting the case on, sorry it's in the bin we're it belongs, looks like they sell rejects.

Ordered a watch strap on 10/01/26
Ordered a watch strap on 10/01/26, no tracking offered for the delivery. Contacted the support team on 15/01/26, says they will contact in 1 day or a little longer on weekends, I did not hear back until 19/01/26 to say they don't offer track and trace and the order was sent out 12/01/26 and latest it should be recived would be 21/01/26. It is now 27/01/26 and still have not received the order
