The brand continue to advertise their sale on their social media, but are not fulfilling current orders

Haven't received my parcel yet

Haven't received my parcel yet. Deliveryvstated 2-3 working days and it’s been over a week. Understand they are closing down and have high volume of sale maybe. Head up if your ordering delivery may take longer? Still have received my parcel, have tracked and states it’s on its way to hopefully will receive soon

Best brand out there

Lux to kill don't get thr credit they deserve! This brand quality especially the shoes and boots are amazing, I've bought around 16 pairs they are so great! The style quantity exceptional, brilliant brand. Hope they win awards.

Do Not order from them

They have gone into liquidation… I ordered from them, returned the order, had zero communication from them.
When contacted them I was told there’s nothing could be done…
So now I have no clothes, and no refund.
And they have also had the cheek to ask Me for further details regarding this review…
I have already given these details when asking where was my refund confirmation… so I don’t know Why I am having to provide details to a company who has ripped Me off, to see if my review is genuine!
Couldn’t make it up, complete liberty!

Amazing experience, I made an error with my order and emailed the customer service team, whom then responded in less than 24 hours and solved my problem. I can’t wait to receive my clothes. X

I ordered two skirts from luxe to kill

I ordered two skirts from luxe to kill. After I had purchased I realised I had ordered one in the wrong size. I emailed hoping that it could be changed before shipment. I was replied to very quickly and by someone called Anais. The issue was sorted within the same email! Very very pleased.

I love everything about this brand

I love everything about this brand. They have Excellent service, fast replies and resolved any concern quickly. The quality of the clothing is great would recommend buying clothes from here I recently ordered from here and will be ordering again :)

Great customer service!

Ordered a pair of jeans, which were too big so requested an exchange. I was updated when the return was received but did not receive a tracking number for my exchange so I emailed customer services. They replied the same day and I received my exchange 3 days later.
