I have very curly hair so my opinion may be because my hair type causes it not to work as well as it would on other hair types. It does work ok, but it left a lot of dead ends. I'll keep trying it as I'm hoping it will do more with more uses

Please make sure to use the trimmer on clean, dry, and fully brushed hair, working in small sections and moving the device slowly downward in one direction. Using too much hair at once or going over the same section repeatedly can sometimes cause pulling or shorten the hair more than intended.

Doesn't remove all split hairs and cut some of my healthy hair. But overall my hair is more healthy. I can't afford the hairdresser at the moment, so it's a fine solution for me.

I really like the device
I really like the device. It cleans up the split ends nicely. Small groups of hair worth the best and if you have to many it can pull at your hair or even clip a large chunk out so small groups of hair through the comb and it works beautifully!

It works well to trim ends. It does pull a little so I just hold the top of the hair section I am pulling through and it’s fine. The pieces of trimmed hair don’t stay completely contained in the containment area so it’s a little messy. I do love this device and will never need my hair professionally trimmed again.
