Mo has been brilliant from my first enquiry about shower wall panels. Organising a delivery date to suit myself. When the delivery arrived there was a couple of trims missing, I rang Mo as soon as I realised, he called me back within 10 minutes and confirmed they would be with me the following morning, full of apologies that they had been missed by the delivery company. Trims arrived, all good. Thank you, fantastic service.

Mohammed has been great in every aspect of my experience. He explained alot about the different types of flooring which made it easier for me to decide which tiles I need/want.
These lvt tiles are beautiful and I could not find these anywhere else and trust me I went everywhere!
He also gave me a very good deal and a very fast next day delivery.

I highly recommend this company for their professionalism from start to finish and the high quality tiles I purchased for my en-suite namely the Novella Blue Marble Matt tiles. I purchased the tiles in September 2024 but due to my builders availability the job was not finished until 12 November 2024, but a 5 star outcome. I first ordered a sample tile which for some unknown reason did not arrive. However, the staff were most accommodating and sent out a whole tile in quick succession as an apology for the delay. The quality of the tile, the design the colours w everything is just perfect! Thank you thank you thank you.

Process of ordering the tiles was quick and easy. I did order the wrong quantity of tiles and they realized it was a general mistake on my side and waved the delivery charge for the additional tiles. Great customer care and after care. Would highly recommend.

Mo was extremly helpful and knowing about the products..price was second to none and I could not find better on the whole Internet.. delivery was next day and at a time the courier said they were coming..I will definately buy from them again..Mo spent time sending me pics of items that I said was an interest to me..simple transaction made easy by good helpful staff..thanks again Mo..

sent samples very quickly, we chose another make/pattern eventually but we were impressed with the speed of delivery and follow up to see if we needed any further assistance

I was very please with the service provided by Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles and the help Mo Bham provided along the way. Our first order was cancelled due to a stock mistake so Mo shipped our second order next day delivery for the price of normal delivery. We were also short of a couple of tiles and Mo step in again to ship the tile supplement next day. (24hr turn over from order to delivery.)

I can honestly say the experience of this company from start to finish was second to none . Mo was available throughout to answer any questions and extremely helpful with sending samples to help make the right decision . No pushy sales at all . He was keen to hear how the delivery went and if we are happy with the flooring when it arrived . I even sent him some photos ! So pleased with the flooring and the outstanding customer service . What a wonderful company.
I ordered some tiles for my bathroom project. All the queries I had were answered immediately. Mo, the business development manager was fantastic and was so very helpful. I required some extra tiles and he went out of his way to ensure they were delivered to me next day. The tiles are beautiful and arrived well packaged and protected.

I cannot fault the service, Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles are a breath of fresh air and really make you feel that they value your business. Nothing was too much for them and they are a pleasure to do business with.

I bought tiles and our vanity unit here and have been in contact with Mo throughout the purchase and after.

The delivery was great. No damages and came first thing in the morning.

Had difficulty choosing tiles and he helped me out with this and so happy with the results.

Also had to do a couple rushed next day deliveries as didn’t order enough tiles and also changed my mind on the colour of vanity unit very last minute.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. The first enclosure we ordered was out of stock at the time but we were kept up to date with everything and reassured all the way. The customer service was brilliant and the enclosure looks amazing. I will deffo be using them again!!

Excellent help and service from Mo at Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles. I phone to ask about a colour sample for a sink unit and Mo said he would try and email me some information in the next few hours. This didn't arrive so I thought this was like most companies, just not bothered with small enquiries that take up time. The next Morning I received a phone call from Mo apologising for not managing to have contact me as mentioned. We exchanged details and the sample arrived the next day at no cost. We are still in planning stages but dealing with a company that is true to their word, I will be happy to use them when ready. In the meantime I'm very happy to recommend this company for others to benefit too.
