Nicole very helpful
I recently experienced some initial confusion Seabourn’s and Luxury Escapes' support teams while trying to organise our cruise transfers. After reaching out to Luxury Escapes again, Nicole stepped in and immediately took ownership and resolved the issue.
She was professional, responsive, and proactive — and she managed to expedite the arrangements quickly when I had been struggling to get any progress. Her support made the entire process far smoother, and I was genuinely impressed with her efficiency and care.

For someone booking from the UK
For someone booking from the UK, I don’t think LE is an obvious choice. But I am so glad I booked our Bali holiday with you guys! Couldn’t have asked for more. Made a mistake with the dates and you were fantastic at helping me amend the booking. The offers included in the package was great value, the pick up from the airport and the communication were excellent. Again, because of the Iran conflict, we had changes to flights and the response from the team was excellent. Will definitely use again!
