Luxury Escapes had my back when my husband fell ill
When my husband suddenly fell ill we needed to change our travel plans at the last minute. When the hotel was initially reluctant to approve a date change, the team at Luxury Escapes moved into action and got us a positive outcome. I can't thank them enough. Worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Fine if there are no issues, but if there is a problem customer service may takes days-weeks to respond, if they ever get back to you at all. Be very wary using this service. Nothing but trouble for me
