If you're from Serbia and need mobile data in Italy
If you're from Serbia, be aware that registration with a national ID card may not work. In my case, registration was successful only with a passport after a couple of attempts. After that, the SIM still needs to be activated, which can also take some time. For my situation, it would have been better to choose an eSIM that works immediately without the extra registration and activation steps.

Worst customer service. Esentially a fraud based on the non responsiveness when requested a reimbursement on the esim i purchased and unsuccessfully (after many many attempts) failed to registed via their app... their points of sales were equally unhelpful.
