I am still fairly new to using Lyreco, however my contacts, Sarah Coulson & Liam Allworth, are always there to provide any assistance I could ever need. And special thanks to Sarah for her fun updates on new deals, I love reading these!

i always receive an excellent level of service from AJ Mohammed at Lyreco, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to provide me with detailed product information whenever i need it. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and any questions or queries are delt with quickly & professionally. His product knowledge and customer services are excellent and he is always friendly, approachable and reliable, it makes a real difference having a supplier representative who is so helpful and a delight to work with. A real credit to the company, highly recommended.

We receive regular updates as to what is on offer and the new products that Lyreco have introduced. Any queries are resolved quickly - always receive a reply by email or a phone call. A special mention goes to Josh Mambo, who has been fantastic to deal with. He's always professional, friendly, and keeps me informed about the latest products, promotions and offers, making sure I never miss out on a good deal. He's quick to answer any questions and always provides excellent customer service.

Richard Lewis is always really quick to respond, willing and enthusiastic to find solutions to meet the needs of our business and offers useful advice to help things work smoothly. We've been very happy with Lyreco's products, which are always of excellent quality and great value for our business.

Recently, we've experienced a few delivery issues due to a change of driver, including some delays and missing items. However, I would like to give special recognition to Jack Upton-Penketh for his outstanding customer service. He has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable. He even took the time to visit us in person to make sure everything was being resolved, explain the situation, and ensure we were satisfied.
