Honestly, I’m giving Moonshot a 5-star review for their amazing customer service!
I bought my husband a sweatshirt for his birthday—the one he had picked out—and when it finally arrived, it was a little snug.

I was hesitant to reach out, but I’m so glad I did. Anthony from the Support Team was incredibly helpful, responding to my email within 24 hours and offering a resolution right away.

My husband loves his “Jelly of the Month” hoodie, and the great customer service will definitely have me coming back again!

This company has great products and absolutely the BEST customer service of any company I've dealt with in a very long time. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Thank you! Will definitely do business with this company again.

great service and fun t-shirts. They are better quality than most selling this type of stuff. They forgot a small item (sticker) and when I mentioned, they shipped asap. Will be back to order more fun and zany t-shirts from them.

Great quality shirts, fast shipping, and amazing customer service. I accidentally ordered a small and emailed customer service to change it to an XL. They sent me the XL free of charge even after sending the small since they didn't get my email in time. Have ordered 3 times for different shirts and will continue to order in the future. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered the wrong size and didn't like the print when it was received. Rather then have me return the shirt I no longer wanted, they told me to keep it (one time courtesy) and sent me a replacement. Just had to pay shipping. Great experience and will order from them in the future.

Highly recommend! When we had an issue with our order (even though it was probably our fault!), Anthony S and his team replied back to our email quickly and presented quick action on making things correct. They even threw in some shirts for free. Wow, what a company. Customers for life thank you so much!

From the hilarious product types to the actual size and comfort of the t-shirts, my entire order was nothing short of awesome. I received everything very quickly and being the idiot I am, I screwed up and ordered the wrong size on 2 of the shirts, which was quickly rectified by Anthony at m00nshot in one email that was responded to in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Best customer experience/service I've had all year. Their luxury shirts run a little smaller, which i did not know until i received my order. When i explained what happened, m00nshot allowed me to keep the original order and provided a code so i could order the sizes needed at no additional cost. Extremely responsive and made the fix very easy. I've told 3 people already about how great they were!

Ordered a couple shirts from M00nshot and I love them. They are great quality and shipping was quick. The screen print on one of the shirts was a little off center, so I contacted customer service and they took care of it immediately. They reprinted a new shirt and shipped it out right away, no questions asked. Anthony S. Was the employee who took care of me and he was awesome. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome customer service and communication! I needed some shirts in tall sizes, so I emailed their support team. Anthony got right back to me and within a day, all three of the shirts I wanted had tall sizes listed!! You don't get that kind of response from a company often these days, so I was super grateful. The shirts are well made, fit VERY well (2XLT) after going through the laundry. Couldn't be happier, and will order more inthe future! Thanks!

It’s hands down the best website for unique, original T-Shirt designs that are actually cool. Not the same recycled stuff you see everywhere else. Plus, the shirts are really soft and super comfortable. Once you get one, you’ll get it.
