If you are honest in your declaration of your device's condition, they will honour their word. I highly recommend this company.

I always look after my tech and had no hesitation in grading it an A. Thankfully Macback agreed and I will be paid by tomorrow. This company seem very fair but for me their use of a courier company to pick up the item made them my first choice to sell my laptop. Because of my experience I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fabulous. Got a quote for my 27" Apple iMac 2020. You need to back everything up to an external hard drive, so you don't lose any data. Package collected from my doorstep and I gave fair description of what condition it was in. I used my own old box, but they can provide a secure box if required. No struggling with heavy boxes, they do all the lifting for you. iMac collected Monday and arrived at their business the next day. Had to wait a couple of days for their assessment, but that wasn't a problem. Knowing that they will securely erase any data, which is a big problem for most people. Money was in my bank account on Saturday morning. It was the exact amount they had quoted. Can't fault it. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Very simple process. Dpd came to collect at the door with all the packaging needed (as I didn’t have the original box). Very fast, received the money the same day it arrived with them. Would use again in the future.

easy system to use

With my iMac now 10 to 11 years old and no longer updating I decided to replace it. Unlike with my old iPad and iPhone apple were not interested in a buy back and suggested I take it to a local recycling centre. After looking online to see if there were other options I fortunately came across the Macback site. The site was easy to navigate and the end result was that they valued my iMac at a price that was very acceptable. They arranged pick up and supplied packaging and all worked like clockwork.

I was very pleased with the service for the sale of my old 12 year old Macbook. The pick up process was clearly set out and I knew what to expect when the courier arrived. I received confirmation when MacBook received the device and then quickly afterwards payment was made.

MacBack solved my problem of what to do with my old iMac. The machine was over 10 years old so of little interest to most people and Mac resellers. This company will take old Macs, even those deemed obsolete by Apple.
The assessment and valuation process was easy to complete online. MacBack arranged for the Mac to be collected. This was done 4 days after giving me their quote. A week after collection, and after testing, they told me they agreed with my original quote and sent me a BACS payment.
I would use them again if I need to dispose of an old Mac in the future.

A quick quote that I was happy with (and the best I found considering other sites), arranged for collection with appropriate packaging for transport as it was without the box and once received a very quick receipt of the funds. Great service, highly recommended.
