Very responsive customer services and the kilt ordered (which was a birthday present for our son) arrived before Christmas and was here when he arrived. Lovely kilt - well made and great selection of ‘KERR’ tartans to choose between- the Kerr clam&s Ancient Hunting tartan is fabulous!

Ties and pocket squares
I got myself 2 ties (Tarbert Green tweed, and Exclusive Orban Mist) and 2 pocket squares (Monaghan country and Hebridean Loch Herringbone), some of which are made to order.
Jen was easy to communicate with and the lead time was much shorter than expected.
The quality of the tartans is amazing, and a joy to hold/touch.

Fantastic service from MacGregor & MacDuff.
The Ghillie Brogue boots I ordered were of exceptional quality, and just what I need for attending a woodland wedding next year. The service I received was also top notch, my order was slightly delayed due to ordering a clan kilt pin on the same order. I was advised that clan items were made to order & would delay receipt although they were willing to post the items separately if needed. I decided to wait until both items could be delivered together & I was kept informed all through the order to delivery process with both items being delivered in time for Christmas. I will certainly use MacGregor & MacDuff again!

Generally a great experience, the downside is that after placing an order a mail is sent saying we will be in touch soon about your order, but there is silence. What the site doesn't tell you is that the product isn't a stock item so you need to wait. If on placing the order you were told that the items on order were not in stock then the silence would have been more acceptable.
