Ik ben al meerdere jaren klant van dit product. Wanneer er zich een probleem voordoet, kan je via de chat snel contact opnemen met een beschikbare technische expert. Het duurt nooit lang voordat je iemand te spreken krijgt.
Eerst wordt het probleem duidelijk in kaart gebracht, waarbij de technische expert rekening houdt met de technische kennis en het tempo van de klant. Je wordt niet afgescheept, maar altijd correct en grondig geholpen.
Daarnaast kan je als klant, op basis van een vastgesteld probleem, feedback geven die wordt doorgegeven aan het team. Aan het einde van het gesprek vraagt de technische expert steevast of er nog bijkomende vragen zijn.
Het product is absoluut de moeite waard om aan te schaffen. Zelf kan ik alleen maar positieve ervaringen delen. Een bijkomend voordeel is dat je na het opstarten van een chatsessie zowel je eigen ingevoerde gegevens als de antwoorden van de technische expert later nog kan raadplegen en kopiëren naar een tekstbestand.

Het enige wat ik momenteel mis, is de mogelijkheid om chats te exporteren naar bijvoorbeeld een .pdf- of .txt-bestand. I have been a customer of this product for several years. When an issue arises, you can quickly get in touch with an available technical expert via chat. It never takes long to get connected.
The problem is first clearly identified, with the technical expert taking into account the customer’s technical knowledge and pace. You’re never brushed off but always helped thoroughly and professionally.
Additionally, as a customer, you can provide feedback based on the issue identified, which is then forwarded to the team. At the end of the chat, the technical expert always asks if there are any additional questions.
The product is definitely worth purchasing. Personally, I can only share positive experiences. A bonus is that after starting a chat session, you can later review both the data you entered and the responses from the technical expert, and copy them into a text file.
Possible additions to the program MacKeeper to enhance functionality and usability:
To further improve the functionality and usability of the program, several additional features could be considered. These enhancements would provide users with greater flexibility and make chat interactions more structured and efficient.
One feature that is currently missing is the ability to export chats to formats such as .pdf or .txt files. In addition, it would be useful to include a “Chat history” button within the chat module, allowing users to assign a title and a short problem description to each chat session. This would make it easier to retrieve and manage previous conversations.

I am old, I Havel travelled globally as a senior level. I have seen stuff: but I have never before come across a service that is as incredibly in excellent in every thing it does. I don't want to give MacKeeper ideas, but for the response, service, knowledge and expertise I receive it is brilliant. A lawyer or accountant writes a standard letter and charges €1,000 . By comparison with MacKeeper you are quids in(as a Brit would say)

Been using Mackeeper for over 10 years on several macs. After my recent subscription endedI renewed a few days later. No biggie, sign back up get activation code and Im back up and running. NOT so fast. I paid, received activation codes but could not remember or figure out where to enter the activation code. There's no link or button on the Log In or Unlock Full Version page to enter an activation code. So, I reached out to Mackeeper help and asked "Where do I enter my activation code?" Andrew chimed in saying "Hello, my name is Andrew. I am a MacKeeper technical expert." "Let's activate your license!" Great, should be simple right ? NO, it was not. Andrew didnt tell me where to enter the activation code. First he wanted me to call their # "One of our technicians can activate the software for you and make sure it works properly. Please, call this number 1-877-231-1244, if it's ok with you. Moreover, our technician can gladly provide you with a system check-up. It's like a regular "medical" check-up that helps you to have control over your Mac's health." . I said "No, just want it activated". That should be that right....NO. He replied "Is it not convenient for you to call us now?" I said "Why provide an activation code if the customer can’t activate it without jumping through hoops". He insisted "The system checkup and activation are included in the license you have purchased". "We aim for every customer to get professional help." I am interpreting that to mean we force every customer to be subjected to a sales pitch and stated. "Just tell me where to enter the activation code" Andrew was having none of that and replied 'A phone call is one of the easiest ways to contact our technicians and get quick answers to your questions." "In case it is not convenient for you to call us, we can proceed with the checkup and activation remotely via chat, okay?" I again replied "I don’t need tech support. Been using mackeeper for 10 years..Just activate it". Nope Andrew wasnt giving up so easily "It is reasonable to have your computer checked on a regular basis and have someone qualified have a look at it. Don't lose your chance to get a free checkup". I simply said "no". Andrew does not understand "NO" and replied "We wouldn't recommend you ignore the setup of MacKeeper with the help of a technician, because there are useful features left untouched." I replied "Look I just want to activate the program". "No tech, no talk, no sales speech". Andrew says "I'm just offering professional help to make sure you will be able to use all benefits of our software." and FINALLY "In order to activate your license, please copy your Activation Code, navigate to MacKeeper menu on the top left side near the Apple logo and go to "Enter Activation Key" bar , enter your Activation Code and click "Apply Code" button." Wow, the information I originally requested WAS available and Idid not need to go through all of that BS after all. Andrew "MacKeeper is activated!" "If I can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me in this chat." ha ha ha ha. I replied "It should NOT have taken that long for you to tell me where to enter the activation code. Very Very disappointed" Andrew "I'm just offering you our help". I replied "No you were withholding the information I requested and trying to coerce me into doing something else". Andrew replied "Help with activation and system diagnostics is included in your license. I'm just offering you professional help". ...I replied "I had to decline what you wanted to force me to do 9 times before you finally told me where to enter the activation code". Andrew replied "Sorry for any inconvenience, the decision is always yours, I'm just providing you information about your bonus" . I replied "It wasn’t just an inconvenience it was a total failure of customer service for what I can only imagine was to force me to speak to someone else that would then try to sell me additional services I did not want or need" . Andrew replied "Checkup and activation are free, the decision either to proceed with this option or not is always yours". I stated "Yes, but you would NOT stop pushing the upon me even though I declined 9 times". It went back and forth for another 10 minutes . Me "Transfer me to a supervisor". Him "I apologize for the frustration caused. It was not my intention to withhold any information. I was simply following the necessary steps to ensure you got the full benefit of the checkup. Your feedback is valuable, and I'll make sure this doesn't happen again." Me. "You earlier had the ability to transfer me to tech support. I am asking to be connected to a supervisor". Him " Unfortunately, there is no such option. Technician covers only tech aspects, I'm here to help you with other requests" Me "Andrew, remember NO means NO"

My problem was that I lost access to my wifi and thus to the internet. Your agent devised a way to solve the problem of using my wife's macbook and my iphone utilising Logmein Rescue Lens that I was requested to download. The whole exhaustive process took a couple of hours but your agent Richy persisted in solving the problem.

I had tried numerous techniques to remove a stubborn icon and nothing worked. I then contacted support chat and they suggested using the "Remove Applications" function in MacKeeper and it worked perfectly. Great product and great support.

I purchase MacKeeper for my Mac less than a week ago. On installation it would not let me past a screen offering the Premium level. I needed Tech Support to assist me to complete the installation. Your Tech guy was very helpful to a point until I had the "hard sell" to persuade me to upgrade to the Premium Service, not good! Once finished I needed further help from another member of your Tech Team to unable the Remote Access installed by your initial Tech Guy; the first Tech guy was too keen to end the discussion once I would not purchase the upgrade.
Is there a user guide for the MacKeeper so I can learn exactly what it does and how to use it?

While the technical support team is generally competent, my overall experience has been overshadowed by ongoing issues with billing. I was signed up for a service I did not authorize and had to reach out to request a refund. Their website currently doesn’t allow customers to manage auto-renewals — the link is broken — which means you must contact support. Unfortunately, support then attempts to transfer you to billing, but the transfer never seems to go through.
Despite multiple attempts, I still haven’t been able to turn off auto-renewal. Until the billing and account-management processes are improved, it’s difficult to recommend the service with confidence.

The people in customer service were very helpful and patient. I had to reactivate my account because my credit card number had changed, The problem began when the email verifying that I had paid to reactivate and having the activation code was very slow to arrive, maybe because it's Black Friday. I had to reset my password becaust the password I had was no accepted. When I logged ino the application, a window came up telling me to sign off. The customer service person told me I should have ignored that message, a message that shouldn't not have been there to begin with. I have a valid subscription to MacKeeper Premium Services and am upset that the basic MacKeeper services isn't bundled with the Premium Services, so they have to be activated separately.

The MK techs proved really helpful in speeding up my elderly iMac. They also found that my internal drive was almost at death's door, and suggested installing a new drive. As it's an expensive business having a new one fitted I went for the. 870 Samsung EVO. The techs then helped me set it up and my Mac is running as well as the day I bought it!
