I will leave negative reviews all over the internet about these assholes. Charged me over $1,000 without ANY notice. I want my money back!!! I told them I had new computer and didn't need it anymore. Charged me anyway!!!!

Immediately upsold to way more expensive option

Paid $70 for a "solution." Immediately upsold to something that asked for $450. Asked for my money back. Staff is persuasive and pesky. Not based in US. I suspect that they would try to upsell everyone to the more lucrative option as part of their sales strategy.

SAVED AGAIN!

My computer is constantly giving me issues. It must be something I am doing wrong. So, I feel very good that I have help that knows what they're doing and can fix what I mess up.
