If it was possible to give no stars, I would. Just do not buy from this company. The dress I ordered wasn't at all like the online picture. It was in horrible shiny material with badly printed on detail instead of what looked like embroidery. It was enormous and just hung, shapeless. Trying to return it and get a refund is proving a nightmare.

Very poor quality dress received. The machine stitching is poor and seams uneven. How is this company allowed to trade on the interned and scam so many customers? It would seem returns are dodgy too.

the dress I ordered is not the dress I received. IT"S cheap nasty polyester wrong item wrong colour wrong length. Told I have to return it at my own expense to HONG HONG despite it being shipped to me from UK.
Offering refund of 10% to save me the trouble and I can keep the item. What a scam.

Poor quality product, customer service terrible, think its AI. Have made numerous requests to return but just keep offering me a higher discount. Avoid

This company is a SCAM. DON’T trust what you see or read however convincing it looks.
It is based in China using well written responses to your complaints (size, quality, delivery time) which put you through hurdles that make you wish to have never engaged with.
Delivery weeks late, responses clearly not from UK as overnight and over the weekend, insurance costs added without your approval, material is cheap beyond words, no fabric or care label, no refund. Don’t touch them they are a scam and you will loose your money and your time in responding to their deceitfully polite emails. Like others before me I will check with Trust Pilot from now on and have learned my lesson.

If there was a zero star rating I’d use that. As others have said, specific product suddenly out of stock. Several emails sent for refund by me, only offered discount on alternatives. Eventually said that their refund processing was experiencing issues. Scam. I’ve asked my bank to process a refund. Don’t buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! False advertising, what you receive will look nothing like the picture online and the make it absolutely infuriatingly impossible to return the item once you get it. So, so bad, wish I could give it zero stars

Do not go anywhere near this company. I am still waiting for a refund, just get emails saying they're looking into it but nothing happens. They're scammers.

Do not buy from this company! They lead you to believe they are based in UK and unfortunately I was duped by the picture of a pregnant English lady on the advert. Ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress, when it arrived it most definitely wasn't.. cheap material and not L as stated! I reached out to them asking for a refund, they now want pictures of me in the dress which wont be done as wouldnt even fit over my head!! Absolute scammers AVOID at all costs.

This is a scam company. I wish I had not purchased anything from them.
It is portrayed as an English company but it is in Hong Kong. To try and return an item which was wrongly sized is soooo complex that I’ve given up. The photo on the website is not true to the item, the material is cheap and nasty.

This company isn’t even worth a one! They are total charlatans and shouldn’t be online in this country as they are in the USA. The quality of their clothes is awful god knows what the fabric is it’s awful but the worst of it is the return process. They have you jumping through hoops to place the return then offer you 20% of the item paid NOT to return it. It’s a farce!

The dress is totally different from the one I ordered. The fabric is shiney and cheap looking, totally styless, consisting of two piecs of nylon sewed together with gaps for head and arms. I feel so angry and stupid for having ordered anything from this site. Please don't make my mistake.

I cannot believe what was delivered today. My wife was taken with the dress when she looked on line. Absolutely nothing like the description & photo on the internet. Do not, DO NOT!!!!! order from Made by Jessica the items come from Hong Kong. Last time I looked London is no where near to Hong Kong. The material is just awful. The internet photo gives the impression of linen IT IS NOT EVEN Close. They should have no stars at all.

Ordered a halter neck dress which was shown on the website as slightly backless and when it arrived it was an odd shape on the top and was not backless. Therefore not the same as what was pictured on the website. Along with this I paid £7.50 for a ‘mystery’ item which was advertised as worth £49.95. What I received was a pink scrunchie. What an absolute joke. I emailed them to ask for a return label to send the items back and get a full refund and they told me that it needs to be sent internationally and would cause a lot and would be at my cost. The website says that it is a boutique in London closing down due to the lady having a baby so why am I required to return the items abroad?? They then offered me a ‘convenient alternative’ which was 15% off my next order…are you joking!! There is no way I want to order from them again, discount or no discount. I would avoid at all costs!

Looked for a bright coloured dress for a Celebration of Life and need it quick (for next week), came across Made by Jessica, lovely Dresses, 50% off as closing Boutique due to pregnancy, shows pregnant lady, London based, FREE delivery, 1,847 Trustpilot Reviews, Returns etc etc, lovely Website, seems really genuine, Royal Mail delivery with Track and Trace, ordered 2 items, screenshot and sent to daughter who checked out the site, couldn't click on Reviews so googled on Trustpilot and wow, what a TRUE revelation!! 29 Reviews, and created by AI the outcome was extremely different, most reviewers unhappy, quality of garments substandard, flimsy, cheap and frequently received goods that bore little resemblance to the images on the website. In panic, contacted my Bank, can't register anything until 15 days but bank aware of my concerns. Returns have been unfruitful, the company is owned by HK Empire Trade Solutions Ltd based in Hong Kong but all goods are sent from CHINA!! Bang goes my quick delivery and anything decent to wear!! Their contact No. 07458 107732 no longer exists with a message stating this number is no longer used and came up on my phone as "Suspended Spam". After seeing these reviews I feel foolish, I am 63yrs old and NEVER been scammed before, I thought I was tech aware but honestly thought I was dealing with a London based Company. I have also reported the Website to the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) and to report them to Trading Standards, you have to go through Citizens Advice (online) between 8am-5pm which I'm working during those hours. Will update on receipt of goods......in the meantime, if you are reading this, PLEASE take the 1 STAR RATINGS SERIOUSLY!! This is a SCAM and even if you could return the items, you will pay Import Duty etc so it's hardly worth returning (I've checked).....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I HAVE AND OTHER PEOPLE. Hope this helps anybody looking for reassurance about this Company.

There sure clearly states easy 30 day returns but no matter what I try they are refusing to mete return the item. I ordered a dress for my dad’s funeral but it arrived 2 days too late. It is still un opened and awaiting a return but they keep asking for photos to prove it’s faulty rather than just letting me return the item.
I will be taking this further and just wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered.

Just wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering, such a dishonest company, everything on the website points to them being London based, it’s a con. Only now do I realise they are based in China, only one of my items was delivered and as of now I’ve had no success in getting them to acknowledge that they did not pack the second item. A lesson learnt, always check the returns address before ordering!

Do not buy from Made by Jessica. In my experience, it is a scam. The items were poor quality, and when I requested a refund, I was offered a discount on a future purchase instead. The goods were shipped from Hong Kong, despite claims of being based in London.i am still in dispute with them and I have left it with my credit card company to try and receive my refund. Today I received an email from them offering a 30% discount on future purchase!

If could leave zero review I would poor quality. No point in taking insurance doesn’t cover anything. Do not buy from this company ever

Garment quality absolutely dreadful, cheap material, very amateur stitching and bears no comparison to the garments that are advertised. Despite my account being debited for payment immediately I placed the order I gave waited weeks for it to be delivered. Have now requested on two occasions for details on how to make a return, I have not had a response but I am lead to believe that I will have to return it to China at my own expense. A total rip off. Don't go near this company.
THIS COMPANY LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO MAYFAIR & FINCH WHO PROVIDE THE SAME POOR QUALITY SERVICE. THINK IT'S TIME ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE PASSED TO BBC WATCHDOG TO CHECK OUT WHERE IN CHINA THIS BUSINESS OPERATES FROM.
