My blouse took well over two weeks to arrive. I suspected that it was made in China. What I recieved today was cheap, thin cloth, sewn up leaving slits at the side nearly up to the armholes. The buttons were just sewn on with no buttonholes. Do not waste your money. As forJessica, portrayed in her shop and about to have her first child, lies, lies, lies!

I was also taken in by the advertisement that came up on my phone. The English looking woman selling off her stock because she's pregnant. I feel such an idiot to be scammed by another Chinese company, They also charged me for an insurance I didn't want. I did receive my order & got two blouses that were poorly & cheaply made & definitely NOT made of linen. As others have said I should how checked the reviews on Trust Pilot. Another painful lesson to always check before parting with your money. Please don't waste your money & order from this scam company:(

Have just received dress from Jessica. Ordered small, just tried on and it would fit a size 20, I am size 10! Dress trailing on floor several inches. I also thought company was in London but now realise it is in China. Have read all reviews now but too late! Sent email to request refund, but having read previous experiences by people, I am not hopeful. How I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I also kept getting emails from “Olivia” saying item was on the way. Now I know why, it was was on a slow boat from China.

I agree with the other reviews and regret not reading them first. The garment was very poor quality and totally shapeless. I have gone through hoops to try and get a refund and have finally received a return address but it is in Los Angeles (!!) and I have to pay for tracked delivery. As I am not convinced that I will even get the refund I am not going to bother, but will try to claim the percentage they are offering me! I will definitely never use this company again and strongly recommend that no-one else does.

I ordered a small dress but it was much too large. When I said I wanted to return it, I was told that it had to be sent to their warehouse in California at my cost. It ended up going to a charity shop. I should have read the reviews. 125 one star!!

Awful company, the quality was really poor. Tried to find out the return process and refund, but they only ever offered me 30% refund. Tried to go through bank, but it’s so long winded and frustrating. I would never shop here again. Lesson learned!!!

Misleading advertising suggesting British product. Poor quality material. Sizing completely out. Feel foolish for buying from here.

Do not order from this company. It is not as advertised as a private business by a pregnant lady selling her stock to be a mother!! It is bad service and quality. I an waiting for returns advice after sending 10 photos of bad quality product

This place is a scam. They send rubbish clothes and do not issue refunds but offer 10% money back. Customer service is zero and must be reported to trading services uk.

I received a dress that I ordered on line which, when it arrived, turned out to be of extremely poor quality and badly sewn together. Frankly it looks like a piece of cloth with a hole for the head and the arms. I am trying to organise a return to receive a refund but despite two emails explaining the order is nothing like the description or the photo, their customer service is insisting a take photos which, only once they receive, will they review and get back to me with the best possible solution. This after I explained I was over 90, that taking photos and attaching to an email is impossible unless I have a carer do this for me. I will probably not get the refund and I will never order from them again. I strongly recommend that prior to ordering from Made By Jessica you check first their return policy.

Fraud scammers email don’t work neither does contact number … do not order report to Trading standards

Do NOT order from this company the whole thing is a sham!! They are not based in London but Hong Kong and the dresses on the website have no resemblance to the absolute joke of a dress I received the quality and overall stitching together I have never experienced before and good luck trying to get a refund I am having to dispute this with my debit card company

I totally endorse the other one star reviews and I would give zero stars if I could. I want a refund on a dress which hangs on me like a tent. The material is horribly old fashioned. They keep batting back my emails asking for a refund - they have no intention of refunding. Stay clear of them.

It’s all a scam. If you want a refund you will only get 30% of original price otherwise you have to pay to return it to America . Avoid at all cost

Can confirm this as a scam Chinese sweatshop set up. It eventually arrived midst a pile of trolling emails in response to my queries. Predictably as reviewed here, run up and badly finished in a factory somewhere, no doubt by poorly paid locals. Of course it's flimsy and not like it was in the picture. Expected no better.

AWFUL ordered and paid £104.80 on 27th May 2026. Now 9th June, got email 8th June saying my purchase was out of stock and offering other purchase. Asked for refund. Another email today offering a voucher, aaargh, again have asked for refund. I kind of think I have been scammed. BEWARE

Do not order from this company l cancelled an order for a dress immediately after ordering so not despatched and will not refund my money have had to open a dispute with my credit card company stay away from this company.
