Magnacraft 

Ordered on 11/22 and the package never even shipped. Now, the website doesn't even exist to dispute. This is a total SCAM! Shame on this "company" for ruining the holidays for so many kids.

Ordered blocks for my grandson on 12/4/2024 and haven’t received them its now the 19. Emailed their customer service and haven’t received any response at all. Probably doesn’t even exist!

I ordered in early November. Have not received the product and their website isn't working.

Placed an order on 26/11 as a xmas gift for grandson and still waiting delivery. A tracking code was received with no information and then on 6th December received an email stating Dear Magnacraft customer,

we hope this email finds you well. We’re writing to provide an update regarding your recent MagnaCraft order.

As the holiday season approaches, we’re doing everything in our power to ensure that orders are delivered in time for Christmas. However, due to high demand and some unexpected logistical challenges, some orders may experience a slight delay and could be delivered by early January.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. As a gesture of our appreciation for your patience, we will include a special free gift with your shipment.
Here’s what you can expect:

-Your order remains in our system and will be shipped as quickly as possible.
-Most orders are still on track for delivery by Christmas, but in some cases, delivery may take until early January.

Not at all happy, this is a gift for xmas and subsequently I either have to ja e a very upset grandson with no present or spend more money in purchasing an alternative gift.

I ordered 2 sets on the 24 of november and still haven't gotten the sets. When I ordered they assured me that my grandson would get it buy christmas. I sent an email no response. I will never order again.

I ordered on 11/16 and still haven’t received my package. I ordered close to $150 worth of blocks for my son for Christmas and I’m getting very nervous that they aren’t going to be here in time. The reviews of people finally receiving their products makes me hopeful but still doubtful. My tracking has not moved or been updated since 11/29

Ordered on black friday and still have not received order. Website down and no response from email I sent.

Giving 2⭐️ only because it is a cool concept. But as far as a business…..
I ordered 12/1/24 with a promise of a Christmas delivery. As of today, the tracking says it hasn’t even shipped yet, being that it’s coming from China, I’m doubting we will make a Christmas deadline. I have requested a refund with the hopes I can find something comparable sooner.

Placed an order Just after thanksgiving and am yet to received an update on the order status. The “tracking” link is a joke as it stopped tracking after the initial date. I reached out to the customer service when their website first crashed but have yet to hear back. I’m still hoping it will arrive but at this point I wonder if it’s even a legitimate company. I don’t know it all seems shady.

We’ve been waiting for our order for almost a month. The shipping info has never been updated, and now, a week before Christmas, their website has been taken down. I’ll give them another day then will file a claim with my credit card against them. I wish I would have ordered from a reputable co pant selling the same product on Amazon.

I ordered too in November 27th. I didn't receive anything. Hope i'm gonna have it for Christmas =( . And poor communication about my order...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered this product on November 23. Received a copy and paste response after I inquired about my order. Luckily I spent less than $60 but would never order again. All pages and forms of communications have been shut down so now I know we’ve all been scammed. So disappointed

I ordered a set on 11/28/2024 and the random tracking number goes nowhere. I have reached out twice to customer support with no response. The website is down. I feel like I'm being scammed out of sixty bucks...

Hello, we placed an order and it’s been two weeks with no updates on delivery. We were hoping to receive our product before Christmas. Tried emailing as well and now we see the website is down and access anything. Any updates on this will be helpful. Thanks

I'm starting to think all of these reviews saying they did get their merchandise are fake. Just to get the rest of us to hold off on taking action. I ordered my items, like most people here, Thanksgiving weekend. It's been listed as ready to ship since November 25th. I even got the shipping insurance. I've emailed twice now with no response. Now the website is removed? Guess I should have trusted my instincts.

I ordered 11/17 and finally received my order yesterday. The tracking number was with YDH (overseas company) and only stated that my order was received and sent to the carrier and then never got updated after that. Looooong turnover time and no communication about package + website down made me nervous, but decided to wait to dispute the charge. Glad we got them before Christmas! They are smaller than you think and you would need multiple sets to make something cool.

Do not believe the positive reviews. This is clearly a scam, I placed an order in November and nothing - the tracking info is bogus, the website has moved from .co to .co.uk.
I’m close to £100 ripped off please don’t make the same mistake.

Ordered late November; got a shipment notification with tracking which shows no movement from China since 11/28.

I see that they are responding to these reviews, so this is my request to Magnacraft (as emailed to them a week ago).

I’m worried that the website is not responding, ordered on 30th nov, got email saying shipping is delayed but no response from the support email they tag you in, has anybody actually received the blocks ?

Never received item, which was ordered on the 3rd of December. I have tried many times to contact them regarding tracking info but with no response. Absolute waste of time. Stay clear at all costs.
