I think I may have got a scam site as I haven’t received my order and site used is no longer available this is supposed to be an xmas present and now out of pocket and no present

I have emailed but no reply ordered on 30th November

I ordered 3 different items on November 18th. I haven't received anything yet. I had a tracking number up until yesterday. Everything just disappeared. This is supposed to be a christmas gift. How do I get my money back?

Ordered on 18th of November. Still not recieved. I've emailed/Facebook messaged countless times and have recieved just one response simply saying the order is in transit. I requested a tracking number, never recieved one and haven't had any further contact from them. Definitely a scam website.

Seems they are no longer and the site has been down now for over a week. It’s been over 48 hours since being emailed about order status with no reply. Safe to say that was a wash. ☹️

I have received and email after placing my order (26/11/24) nearly a month before Christmas and nothing!
I have asked them if I could get a refund and no reply! They also now do not seem to have a website any further! Please do not lose over 50usd like I did. I trusted this seller and here I am. I don’t have much money to be buying stuff and now I have been scammed. Why is the world filled with people like this? It’s heartbreaking 😣🤯😔 my poor boy will not be getting a very poor gift for Christmas seeing I cannot pay the same amount for anything.

I order my things almost 3 weeks ago and have been writing to support with no success, no one answers either one of my 3 mails sent. This is most probably a scam. I wanted to give my son a nice Christmas gift and thanks to them i can not give him a gift. I am so disappointed.

Their site has been down for a week now, and we cannot check the status of our order. This seems to be a scam.

I ordered from this company around Thanksgiving and received all the emails saying it was ready to ship and then the one saying it may not be shipped until January. So I emailed the company that I needed it by Christmas and that I was concerned they no longer had a website. They sent back an email within the week apologizing and refunded my money through PayPal which I appreciated much! I went ahead and ordered magnetic blocks from Toyology on Amazon and fast tracked the shipping and got them within 2 days.

I ordered back in November and never received anything. Now the website is down, guess I’ll be disputing the charge on my card.

Magnacraft is very deceptive with their delivery estimates. I ordered my product like many others mid-late Nov with an estimated delivery of 3-4 Dec. I emailed them with my concern of lack of update on 9 Dec only to get a response on 17 Dec saying that it had just shipped. I understand that this is peak season however the delivery date they offer is extremely deceptive and the response time on support is lacking. Please either hire more people to respond to support, be more transparent about delivery dates, or both. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but from my one and only experience, it's rough.

I placed an order on November 15th, received confirmation email and on Nov 30th received a link for tracking stating it was ready to be shipped. There was no updates to tracking, then when I tried to check again all links are down/broken. I spent over $100 and received no emails stating there was a problem. I contacted support@magnacraft and received no response.

Absolute tosh! I too ordered around the 21st November on their "Black Friday" deals. I also received the rubbish emails regarding delayed delivery and so called shopfront refit. Their email address .co.uk failed and their customer service number for the UK site is a +662 number.
I have basically been scammed out of 60 pounds and feel very disappointed and stupid.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I will be reporting them too.

I ordered this product as a Christmas present around November 23. Since than there has been no updates on tracking, the website is down, and sent a email with no response.

I placed an order with Magnacraft back on November 25th for a fairly large order. Shortly after I received a shipment notification with a tracking number. Then on December 12th I received a generic email about their delays and the storefront having maintenance done. I immediately checked the status of my order with the tracking number and there had been zero updates since Nov. 25th. I emailed their support team per the recommendation of the email and still have not received a single email back. I completely feel like I was scammed out of $300+ dollars and the only main gift both my kids wanted.

** Thanks for the response Magnacraft. But telling me to contact customer service via email is kind of a big part of the problem. I HAVE sent an email and no one responds.

I ordered over $200 from this company on 11/29/2024. It’s been almost 3 weeks and it still hasn’t even shipped. No one responds to customer service emails. At the time of purchase, there was no disclosure that it would take this long. At this point, it doesn’t look like it will arrive in time for Christmas gifts. I may just have to call my credit card company to get a refund/charge reversal for fraud. This is very disappointing as my kids were looking forward to this, so now need to scramble to find last minute gifts. Definitely do NOT recommend buying from this company.

After ordering on 12/6/24 I can not access the site or check the status of the order.

Like everyone else here, I ordered on Nov 30th for their Black Friday Sale. I was getting targeted ads through instagram. I received confirmation of my order and a shipping tracking number through YDH. Their website is inaccessible and therefore I can't see the order confirmation. When I go to YDH and plug in my tracking number it just says "order received" on Nov 30th, which leads me to believe it hasn't even shipped yet. Of course, I bought this to give my son for Christmas. I got a mass email from the company that said they're experiencing delays due to increased demand and to reach out to customer service. I've done that twice and have heard nothing. All I want to know is if I will get this before Christmas or if I need to purchase something else. Very frustrating.

I emailed that customer service email and I got an undeliverable message, this is extremely frustrating. I sent a message through their website and nothing! This is a total scam, I cannot even find a tracking # - be very careful!

A total scam, after 3 weeks still have not received my order no answers to any of my emails, their web page is suddenly gone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS

I've clearly been scammed orderd 19th Nov still nothing but a generic email saying it will arrive soon which was well over a week ago now going to contact my payment method to get a refund absolute disgrace of a company
