Ordered Black Friday weekend and also added the $2 shipping “protection”, I haven’t received my products. Now when I go to my email and click the link to look at my order or the tracking number, I get the server cannot be found message. :( it appears the company just disappeared. Looks like I’ve been scammed.

Update: I have emailed the company to the address provided by them below.
Will update once I get a response.

Ordered 28/11 payment went out same day and I am still waiting for my order.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and nothing. I have sent emails, website is shut down. So dodgy!! I will be reporting if nothing shows by the end of the week.

Ordered 11/25 - nothing received, no updates, tracking seems very sketchy!! DO NOT ORDER from them

I ordered 2 kits in October and never received them… unicorn set (100 pieces) and portal world set (70 pieces). When I go to check on the order from the confirmation email, I push Visit Our Store, and it says it can’t open the page, server not found. UPDATE: I reached out and received an email last night saying it was delivered and “we hope you are thrilled with your purchase.” It was NOT delivered, not now and not ever. This was our second purchase from them and the first one was fine. Given that we never received our second order, I wouldn’t order from them again. VERY SAD for my granddaughter who picked out the sets and was excited to play with them.
Magnacradt- I have reached out to your support team and they told me I already received it— I have not. Please make this right!

This website points to a scam. I placed an order around November 22, 2024. I never received a confirmation email for my order. I emailed the company asking for a status update, no response. I will be reporting them to get my money back.

In addition, it's ridiculous that they add a response to everyone's review telling them to email them when clearly everyone is indicating they are unresponsive.

I ordered my Magna set back in November on the 18th. I emailed them countless times. I still haven’t gotten an update on my order. Christmas is next week. What is going on? How can somebody take your money And not send the product or response to any of my emails. Can somebody please help me or I’m going to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

I have reach out to that email countless times five emails I sent to them. I got no respond. Can somebody help me out that email you give me nobody’s responding Christmas is next week I ordered my stuff a month ago. This is crazy.

Waiting on an order since December 2nd. No response from support email, no movement on YHL tracking.

I ordered from Mangacraft on black Friday, as I saw the blocks on Amazon originally, but saw the website had them cheaper. After ordering, I received a shipment notification, but that's as far as it went. I tried to contact the company twice via the email address they provide, but never heard back. The website has now disappeared. I have now reported them to my bank and hope to get my money back.

Took forever to arrive... 3 or so weeks... When it did come I was extremely disappointed about how little value for money I got from my purchase.

I want to return but just getting ignored by customer service.

Like everyone else i made the same order around the same time. Except my tracking number doesn't work! Did anyone else have this issue, I'm getting extremely worried. I'll give it another couple days since people said about 18 days for an update. But after that how do i get refund and report this.

Ordered back in October and had pretty decent delivery despite the distance it had to come so decided to order again to add to what we already had put away for Christmas. Most recent order made November 24th. Tracking information hasn't updated since they received parcel info on 26th November. I've messaged via messenger (now saying user unavailable) and just got generic replies back not actually answering my questions, emails go ignored mostly and when they do respond it is more generic crap not actually answering my questions. Very disappointed

I got really concerned when I saw the negative reviews (about this being a scam and orders not received) pouring in over the past few days, as I have ordered 2 x 100 blocks for my son for his birthday (order 3 Dec).
The homepage was taken down at some point and order tracking stopped working, and on Facebook, the ?original company from the UK made a statement that they have no affiliation with magnacraft.co, who seem to be located in Indonesia, by the sounds of it.

So I was now convinced this is a scam and already requested with my bank to dispute the payment, when to my surprise the order arrived in my mailbox today.

Not sure what is going on, but I assume they might have become overwhelmed with orders on the Black Friday sale and tried to deal with it by shutting the homepage down so no new orders could be made. Certainly very unprofessional and poor communication (could have made a statement "Due to high demand, we decided..."), but from my experience today, seems no scam. Hope this gives some hope for those who still wait for their package, although I will not be able to comment if everyone who ordered will receive their order in the end.

2 stars and not 1 because other people here said that they finally received their products so I hope I will too. This extremely long delivery time should have been clear when ordering, since it seems to be a general problem. Even more irritating is the standard copy paste answer that I count on getting. ”Hi, we sincerely apologize for this. Kindly contact our customer support in our Email” Does it make any difference?

Like so many others, I ordered November 22nd and have not received anything, tracking doesn’t show movement, their website is now down, I’ve emailed multiple times to more than one customer service email with no response at all including to cancel my order. I’ve now ordered something else to give for Christmas and filed a claim with PayPal. It may not be a scam but their customer service is absolutely abysmal.

Updated to add that the fact that they copy and paste responses to these reviews without actually reading them is laughable. If they read, they would see that I have emailed now 4 times with no response. I will not be wasting any more of my time.

Updated again to add that today I received an email from Magnacraft cancelling my order (as I requested weeks ago) on the same day that PayPal determined in my favor and was refunding me anyway. I ordered Nov 22nd and did not receive a single response to 4 different emails until today when PayPal would have refunded me anyway. If this company is legitimate, I hope they learn from this and are more transparent and responsive with customers in the future.

So far it’s a one. Ordered Nov 22,2024. Tried to email them. Got nothing. Tried to check tracking number. Goes to a blank screen with “ hmmm, can’t find . I will never order from them again. I want my money back. Here it is Dec 16, no word about my order but they sure got my $126.24 from me.

I ordered Black Friday. Says some of the items were shipped but tracking number does not come up. Nothing has been received and it’s been over a week. Emailed to cancel order but have not heard back.

Placed an order Nov 26 for my kids Christmas this year, three weeks later - no communication , no order, no tracking, no money. Save yourself hassle and your pennies
AVOID!!!

As you can see, they have put a reply under my review. Please DO NOT believe them. I have contacted them many, many times. There is now no website, it is dead. It is rebranded. They are SCAMMERS. 100%

This site appears to be a scam and it's been taken down now. I tired to reach customer service after I still hadn't gotten an estimated arrival date for my order and did not receive a response. I just disputed the charge to my credit card.

Going to call my bank soon to see what I can do about this. I put my order in November 19th and now when I go to look at the update for my package to track, the site is completely unavailable. I spent almost $178 on these fraudulent p.o.s because I read reviews here that people received their orders. Super ticked off, don't order from this site

I ordered on 11/21, at least that is when my credit card was charged. I never received a confirmation email and their site is down so I have no idea if it’s coming or not. If I don’t receive it this week I will be disputing the charge.
