Magnacraft 

Ordered the 100pc Magnacraft on Black Friday for a foster family that we adopted. I emailed the "support" email asking for information on our order and received no response. I cannot get to the website - as another person said - it's just gone. I finally received part of the order, but it was way too late to gift to the family. I emailed the "support" email again asking to return for a refund and have not heard anything back. How can a "company" do this to people at Christmas??

Ordered these 21st November from their website with a 7-10 day delivery estimate (ha!). Stumbled upon some frankly terrible reviews about an hour later and thought I should cancel. Sent the cancellation email. Had had no indication of dispatch so was done in plenty of time. Received a dispatch email during the night and then an email saying the items could not be cancelled as their warehouse team had worked "diligently" to get the order shipped.
So, I waited, and waited, and waited and the tracking number received no updates what so ever and I started to feel this was a scam. I chased up Magnacraft two or three times and never received a reply.
So I went to PayPal. Please please please if you buy these and are happy to wait, and it turns out to be a scam, use PayPal for the transaction. PayPal have since refunded me for the value of what I paid.
I would avoid this company.

Been asked to prove this is a genuine review. I have done so. Generic bot to my review with an email address asking me to contact them. What? On the email that no one ever replies to? Yeah, ok.

Just like everyone else, I ordered $350 worth of these things in November. I have reached out three times to their customer service and have not received anything back. The tracking number is useless and shows nothing, their website is down, and their email and phone number don't work. I am pretty certain this is a scam and I am hoping I can dispute this charge on my credit card.

I purchased a set as part of the Black Friday sale on 21/11. Since then I have received a number of emails, (1) suggesting shipment was on its way (tracking does not show this), (2) that not to worry and be rest assured my order is on the way (3) that due to unexpected logistical challenges my delivery might not arrive till early January (4) not to worry that the website and tracking is no longer available.

Despite all of this and emailing customer service I have revised no update on my actual email, in fact all signs now point to this being a scam. Deeply disappointing. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a set on 12/03/24. No communication whatsoever. I have emailed asking for an update and no reply to that. No shipping information given... IT IS A SCAM!!! Do not waste your money.

Magnacraft.co is now closed and robbed millions of people. Emails from them state were renovating. Call your credit card company ASAP

I also ordered for the Black Friday deal, spent about 100 bucks. Got a tracking number but it’s been sitting at ready to ship like many of y’all on here.

I’ve emailed magnacraft.co with no response which I’m sure their little bot will tell me to again. This shop is garbage, avoid at all cost.

Update:

As expected, bot tells me to email the exact email I already did on December 11th but no response. Now got asked by this site to confirm my details or magnacraft might flag my post as fraudulent. I’ve provided details but have little faith that this will be resolved and they are just trying to mitigate the negative reviews to scam more people.

Ordered in November. Took forever to come, but did eventually. 3 stars is just for the time it took and downed website.

Ordered in November and still haven't received a tracking number or any update on my package... Definitely not buying from here again. Very disappointing

I ordered November 17th 2024 .. its December 15th 2024 and I still haven't received it. Will it be here for Christmas. Website is down. Its my sons Xmas gift:(

No cubes, no response from support email, no website and no active tracking on my order from November. I strongly suggest I have been taken in by a scam. If my son receives his cubes from Santa (much longed for) then I will update my review. Other than that, I’d say avoid.

UPDATE - I have emailed support again. Still no sign.

I ordered over $100 of blocks on the 17th of November. There was a tracking number provided but it never made any sense. Now the website has been shut down and the tracking number is a dead end too. This is clearly a scam and I’m upset I fell for it. This was a Santa present. EDIT:
My order arrived later today, after I had written this review . The blocks and packaging look good. Definitely well overpriced but I’m relieved I wasn’t scammed in the end . Their website etc is still down at this moment. So wishing the rest of you all the best with retrieving your orders.

Ordered 18th November. Read reviews that one set may be too small, so ordered another set 2nd December. Neither are here. 18th set has updated tracking, but not even sure how true this is, because when I put it into Evri’s tracker, it’s saying they’ve not received it, despite YD7 saying they have! December 2nd set has never moved.

They’re replying to reviews on here saying to contact them. Don’t bother. They don’t reply. And their Facebook account has gone too, so messages bounce there.

Doing this to people before Christmas is vile.

I’ve requested a charge back from PayPal for both sets.

I’m very skeptical. I ordered directly from the site instead of another big name that delivered the blocks in less than a week. Anyway two weeks after I ordered from here I got an email saying there’s a delay. Then, the tracking number isn’t active, THEN the website doesn’t load. I’m out around $30 with no response from customer support, no tracking numbers and I’m certain they just took my money. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift which is why I ordered a month in advance but it likely won’t happen. I don’t trust this site, and I’m pretty sure I got scammed.

Looks like this company has rug pulled everyone since November. You won't be getting your order so everyone who paid by visa will need to seek a charge back. Ring your bank to start the process.

ordered minecraft on Nov 30th. Payment was posted Dec 2nd and have yet receive the magnetic set. My grandson is going to be very disappointed if i do not get this by Wednesday which will be over 2 weeks

We ordered in November to beat the christmas rush. Tracking number doesn't work and we're worried it's a scam and won't get here by christmas.
Tracking doesn't work either. Not a good experience

Placed a Black Friday order and it's the same mess as everyone else is reporting. At this point I just want the order canceled and my money refunded but this company doesn't respond to any support inquiries. I have messaged them twice a week apart and heard nothing in reply. So I guess I'll dispute the charges with MasterCard and see if they ship anyways. I've done my due diligence.

12/16/24 edit - wrote my 3rd e-mail to the same support e-mail the response to this review generated (newsflash i sent the first two messages to the same e-mail that no one checks or responds to.)

12/17/24 - Support finally responded advising the order *which tracking says has been sitting in New Jersey since 12/1/24* has been canceled and they are working on a refund as soon as possible. If you are Googling this company's reputation i implore you not to do business with them. Take your money anywhere else.

I ordered this November 28th and they guaranteed it would be here by Christmas. Now when I get on my tracking number, it tells me “site can’t be reached” which makes me feel like I have been scammed out of money. Do not use these people, they won’t even answer you back when you send an email. It’s not worth all the time and money spent!

The website promised that the order would be delivered by Christmas. After 2 weeks the tracking number that was given is still saying that it is being processed so I guess this means it has not even been shipped! Am very upset as these were something my kids wanted and asked Santa for.
