Magnacraft 

I ordered on November 17th and still nothing! One package said it has shipped but I have 2 more that have said ready to ship since November 18th. I have sent numerous emails with absolutely no response. I guess it’s time to call the cc company and stop the payment. I was so excited to get these for my son & nephew for Christmas but now I have to find something else.
Update: On 12/16/24, I received part of my order. 2 out of the 11 items arrived.

I ordered a set early November, the item still isn't here there are no updates, repeatedly get fobbed off with automated emails.... I'm fed up I just want a refund.

3 weeks after they took my money, the item is still not shipped and to make matters worse, you cannot even go to their website now as the “server is down “ Feels very much like a scam to me.

Updated to note the ridiculous canned response from them that you see below. 3 weeks and absolutely not one bit of movement on my order and their website is still down.

I just want to let you guys know my order came in! I think the main issue is not being transparent with the customer. Let people know that it takes a while to ship, or set an est.

Not a scam, just be patient!

I ordered mid November like everyone else. Yes the website is down, but the tracking number they gave me does says something has shipped and is now in the US. I’ll keep everyone posted. You just have to goggle the carrier and put the number they gave you.

Had no update since 20th November and now the tracking link no longer works, the FB and website some up as error. Seems a scam. £80 down at Christmas time!

If i could give zero stars i would. Placed an order mid-November and still hasn't arrived. Can't track it and now I can't access the site.

Since I can't respond to their reply editing this to say I've emailed customer service twice with no response.

Anyone who is saying this is not a scam is lying. Magnacraft.co took down the website and removed their Facebook posts. Sorry but if you are still waiting for something, it's not coming

Would give zero stars. It’s a SCAM. Ordered over a month ago. Shipping updates won’t come up. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and when I try to go to their website it doesn’t even exist anymore !!!

I ordered on November 27 and I too was very excited to get this for my grandson for christmas. I went to check the tracking and now appears the site is no longer working. I am now concerned that this is no longer a legitimate site and I may have been scammed. I will wait to see if I hear back from an email I sent to customer care.

I ordered 2 large sets on Balck Friday with notification that they would be received by Christmas. About a week later I received an email letting me know that they were behind schedule but doing all they could to get my shipment to me by Christmas. I then received another email letting me know how busy they are but “rest assured” we are working on your order. I have sent 2 emails requesting an update with no response. These products are expensive and who knows whether I will ever receive my order. Customer service is nonexistent and now their website has vanished.

Placed an order in November and still waiting to receive product. Went to check on my order status and it’s now saying the website is down and I cannot check on the tracking information. Also saying they’re receiving a large amount of emails so they may not respond right away. This is making me think this is a scam. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my boys. If I don’t receive the item in a few days, I will be reporting this company.

I placed my order Nov 15th for Christmas gifts for my kids and have yet to receive my package. I have sent 3 emails to their support with no response. The link to track my package stopped working 2 days ago, stating the page cannot be found. It is very concerning and frustrating, ive lost faith I will get these before Christmas.

Did their online presence get shut down due to fraud? I ordered on November 13, 2024. It was in China for a while, then New Jersey on 12/6 and no new updates after that. As of 12/12, I can't track the package or view a web page because it is gone. I emailed the company and did not get a response. I paid through PayPal and there is a completely different email to email the "seller" listed. I emailed them, too, and no response. Im about to notify PayPal and my credit card about this being a scam and request a refund through them.
***EDIT TO ADD: I already emailed Magnacraft at two different email addresses. No response. The only response is here, which is really no response at all.

Ordered a couple things 3.5 weeks ago. Still haven’t received it or anything beyond that it shipped from chinia a few days after ordering. Emailed the support and haven’t heard from them. So mad that I’ve been scammed. Going to call the bank and bbb on Monday to report it. So here’s your warning magnacraft.

As they don't response to emails - Does anyone know how to go about getting a refund? I'm from Aus and need the money now to purchase something else for Christmas.

Complete scam. Do not order from here. They will take your money and then all of a sudden say “website is temporarily unavailable” what kind of business takes payment if a store is unavailable. I constantly contacted them via email for days with no response. Even contacted the carrier who had not been sent a package. I only received a response from a “Steve” telling me to “rest assured” product is on its way after I sent an email stating that I was going to file a complaint and wanted a refund. However, the website no longer works anymore and the previous “tracking” doesn’t work either. Haven’t received a response from “Steve” since I told him I wanted a refund.

We are stillllll waiting for our order. We were given an estimated arrival date of 12/6 and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried going to their website and apparently it can’t be found. I tried clicking on my confirmation email to click on order status and I get the same message. I’m worried we were scammed. I even wrote to their support email.

I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how much your kids may want it. Here is why:
I placed an order on 11/22/2024 and received an email confirmation on 11/23 stating that the package was on its way. On 12/12 I received an email stating that the store is currently undergoing maintenance and will bee temporarily unavailable. To date I have not received the package and today (12/13) I sent an email to Support@Magnacraft asking for a status.
Today 12/14 received their standard reply and it was obvious they didn't read my review as they told me to contact their customer support which I already have. I'm thinking this maybe a scam. Please be careful.

I think the sheer number of one star reviews speaks for itself ... Just don't buy from them.

Ordered these on November 18th, it's December 13th and I have still not received them. On top of that I can't even reach the website anymore because it is not loading. Also the tracking number given is not working anymore. Sent an email to customer service and have not heard a peep back. I am about 2 days away from calling my bank and disputing the transcation. They respond to my review and tell me to contact customer service. Ummm why don't you check your email I have already sent it.
