UPDATE: I emailed the company per their response (twice) and didn't hear back. All of their websites are down, and it really looks like this was a scam.

Ordered on Nov. 23rd, it is now Dec 13 and does not yet seem to have shipped. Got an email from the company about possible manufacturing delays, but now the tracking website is down and returns an error message. There was another email from the company saying the package was still on the way, but I have my doubts. I would advise against ordering from this company.

Same as every other 1 star review. I was scammed during the black Friday deal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My experience is the same as many others. I ordered during their black Friday sale. I received tracking info and everything seemed legit at first. I still have not received my order. When I went to chec my tracking today the website is unreachable and no way to contact them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company.

I had to pick a star I was trying to leave a no star review. I ordered this product early November, was sent a shipped email here it is a week and a half before Christmas and the website is gone my tracking Info has disappeared they will not return my email or refund my money. Honestly scamming children out of a gift is terrible. DO NOT order this !!!! I am just disappointed in myself for falling for it.

I placed an order on November 25th!! For 2 sets totaling $121.84. Still waiting! I tried to go to website and the server is down. I went to my email and clicked the link through there and it did the same thing! Can't track my order. Christmas is in less than 2 weeks!! Very disappointing. I ordered for black Friday because of the free mystery gift/character but NOW think I should have stayed with Amazon.

The company has failed to ship any items, has sent several emails with contradicting statements about deliveries, and recently, the website was "undergoing maintenance." Please save yourself the troubles and disappointment by avoiding at all costs.

The company has not responded to communication through their support email address, so any recommendation to do so is also counterproductive.

If you have already ordered, you may want to initiate the dispute process as quickly as possible.

I placed an order on 10th November and have not received any email notification on the status of this order!! No order confirmation, no shipping confirmation, nothing..... I believe this company to be a scam. It has been over 1mth now and I have had NO correspondence from this company at all

I have tried to email using the email address on the website and it bounces back as "failed delivery - server not found".... that tells me the business is fake. Very disappointed as the blocks were for a Xmas present

Ordered in November, got tracking details but not able to track. Sent emails to support email several times with no replies.
Would not buy from this company!!!

It's looking like I'm not the only one waiting weeks with no updates and no responses to communications :( This was ordered as a Christmas gift, but I have no idea if and when it will actually arrive and today for some reason their website and tracking info seem to be unrecognised and unable to open in the browser! I hope Paypal can help me get my money back

Three four weeks and still waiting, pretty sure I've been scammed, sucks I have to pay twice but definitely not through this company again!

Bought from Magnacraft on Nov 24. Received an email on Nov 26 that it had shipped. Still have not received the blocks. Then today, Dec 12, I received an email that their site will be down for “maintenance.” It’s not just “down” it is GONE. Like it never existed. I emailed them but have little expectation of hearing back…

UPDATE: They responded to this review by advising to contact customer support. Like many others who have written a review, I have contacted them at the email provided and there was been no response whatsoever.

Ordered about $100 worth of blocks back in November 24 and received confirmation that the orders were in. Money came out of my account the next day. Received some generic e-mail stating that orders were backed up and I may receive my order as "early" as the beginning of January. They said to track the package to on the Shop app. My packages were on the shop app as waiting to be picked up by carrier. Today I check and the app shows nothing and the store is not even up anymore due to maintenance. Of course it is, two weeks before Christmas. I have asked for tracking numbers multiple times and I keep getting the same generic auto reply garbage. I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order and I am waiting for a reply. When you look at most of the 1 star reviews here they get the same exact response from the company asking to contact their customer service dept. When you do you get an auto response letting you know that they have a high volume of e-mails and blah blah blah.

Edit: I tried contacting them multiple times for tracking numbers and any updates on my three orders and haven’t received a real reply, only auto replies. They did contact Trustpilot to verify that I was a real customer though and are trying to get my review taken off. What great customer service!

100% a scam. Dispute immediately with your bank or credit card. Their website is already taken down and no emails ever returned.

Well, I’m super upset after reading all the negative reviews as now I’m certain I’ve been scammed out of a Christmas gift for my children. I’ve experienced the same nightmare scenario as others…I ordered 2 sets spending over $100 for my boys a week before Thanksgiving. Received a generic email that it was getting ready to be shipped with a tracking number. It’s just been sitting there waiting to be picked up by the carrier for weeks. I contacted customer support with no response. Now, their website is seemingly gone over night. It’s terrible that this company is stealing money from parents and ruining children’s Christmas’s for a quick buck. I will be reporting them and disputing charges with my bank.

THIS IS A SCAM! I placed an order 11/27 and 12/6 they emailed me saying it would be late. I understood. It’s the holidays. Things happen. I got an emails today saying my order will be further delayed because the store is “closing for maintenance” and now ALL THE WEBSITES ARE DOWN!!

Customer service is garbage.
You’ll get a confirmation the day of saying it’s on the way then a couple days later will say “ delayed” now the stores closed for maintenance super fishy and weird. Zero reply outside of automated bs!

I ordered from MagnaCraft twice- the first time was about 2 years ago and my purchase never arrived. I ordered again hoping the last time was a fluke because this would be the perfect gift for me son for Christmas. Once again, I ordered, paid and never received the item. I got an email saying it arrived which it did not and no reply from the company when I emailed them about it.

I ordered this on 11/22- the ads were all over Facebook and instagram. Huge sales. Great deals. Black Friday. Coolest toy. So far, Nothing. Just an email update today saying “everything’s fine even though we’ve shut off communication from our website… and any email you send will be ignored because we have too many complaints.” The only thing they’ve done is take my money.

So far this is a negative star experience, but that isn't a rating option on this site. My order was placed on December 1st and today is the first communication I have received. That message was that the "store is currently closed and undergoing maintenance." I have zero confidence that I will receive this order by Christmas and I have zero money to purchase a replacement gift. Not recommended!
