Our cleaner is professional, honest and reliable. We are two elderly clients who appreciate her work. We provide the products and equipment, clear the clutter before she arrives and vacate the room when she is cleaning. Her cleaning is a very good standard and much speedier than we can achieve. Before she leaves she always checks we are pleased.We are delighted with the service.

After our lovely previous cleaner (whom we had known for 30 years) had to retire due to ill health, we had no idea how to find a suitable replacement. We decided to explore Maid2Clean from its placing on the East Sussex Council resource guide. Our enquiry was responded to quickly, and very efficiently, and we were soon set up to interview a potential new cleaner.
This has worked really well, and we are very pleased now to have been working with T for quite a few months.
At first, it seemed odd to have to pay the agency on a monthly basis as well as T (directly), but we have come to realise that this is how we are guaranteed a highly skilled, very reliable and personable service. Without the backing of the agency it can be quite a gamble employing someone directly who has not been properly vetted.
