I am not in the greatest of health and needed a cleaner, so I contacted you and within a week I had Kofi who comes on a Monday. I keep out the way and he just gets on with it. I now have a house where I am not embarrassed as the dust is no longer there..

My cleaner, Donna is very good and I am extremely pleased with everything.

Seems a lovely company who sort a problem out quickly (if a member is sick they send someone else)
Feel some sort of training should be taken as certain things (a shelf, or sofa) don’t get touched

The company did previously supply us with a cleaner who I was not happy with. I did let the company know and they listened, I do hope this person is no longer working for the company, I found her to be dishonest. However we now have another cleaner with this company. She is lovely, polite, friendly and works well.

Good cleaner

The staff are efficient and friendly. The two cleaners I have used so far have been reliable and trustworthy.

The cleaner provided is excellent arrives on time and works for two hours non stop.

Communication with the staff was good for making the first appointment. Our cleaner is lovely, and I'd highly recommend Maid2clean. My sister actually recommended Maid2clean.

If I could leave minus stars I would .. absolutely shocking house clean . 3 hr clean and I’m convinced what she actually did was spend like an hour cleaning , if you call it that ! and then sit and watched a Netflix series and chill on my sofa .. it was that bad .
I have had to take today off to clean my house properly..
when I rang customer services to ask for a refund and to complain , I got . I will pass those comments onto the cleaner . Sorry you were not happy.
Not happy is an understatement..Woodland animals could have cleaned it better ..

Maxene has been coming to me for 6 months and in all honesty she is the best thing that could have happened, the thought and care she takes every week has made my life so much easier.She will do any job I ask her to do and although it might be something quite small it is something I can’t do.
I would certainly recommend the company, you matched the right person to me, a local lady and importantly the continuity.

Our cleaner is always on time and completes her work to a high standard. She is also adaptable and tries to fit in anther day for us if she or us are away on her cleaning day.

Having Donna clean regularly has transformed the house. She is such a lovely person and does an amazing job. Thank you 😊
