Bought my new desk late on a Wednesday and arrived mid day Friday with good instructions from the delivery company. Excellent packaging to make sure there was no damage in transit. Instructions were very clear and easy to put together, which I was able to do on my own. Very sturdy and movement of desk up and down is easy with the memory controls. Very satisfied.

Great desks! Bought two one for me and one for my colleague, as I had ongoing back issues. Being able to stand and sit has made a huge difference to my pain, and all our clients love the look of it! I have a lot of kit on it which I am sure is NOT light but it rises and lowers really smoothly.

I have the larger desk so the space is fab - it DID take a little longer to assemble than it said in the instructions but then again I don't assemble a desk every day so was taking it carefully.

All in all, a great purchase!

Further to leaving the review and Amazon services finally contacting me, I must update the review to be fair.
Once we entered into a conversation (which was a bit time consuming as each message was responded to 24hours later) and began troubleshooting the issue, Maidesite/Amazon were really good and dispatched a complete new desk frame. Which I can report works perfectly and does the job intended.

So despite my poor initial response from them Maidsite have managed to to deliver great customer service by resolving the issue completely.

The working product is great and I highly recommend, many thanks to ‘Gina’ for sorting out.

Bought standing desk T2 Pro from Maidesite via their amazon store. Delivery great and next day, assembled the desk OK and then went to use...
The desk itself rises totally unevenly making it unusable. Contacted Maidsite for product support via email and chatbot and on both times were instructed to contact Amazon support. When contacting amazon support they redirected me to the Maidesite UK Website... talk about going around in circles!
I expressed that it wasn't a delivery issue but a product user enquiry to understand why one side rose way faster and higher than the other resulting in a wonky unbalanced and unusable desktop and if is was a motor issue etc, but they would not help me.
Suffice to say customer support deserves no stars.
Wishing I had bought from another brand where they have support on hand for queries.
Product seems OK (if it has worked) but would steer clear of this brand due to poor customer service.
All in all an expensive lesson learned!

I saw the table on a YouTube video by a contributor having the name ProperDIY. It was on this basis that I ordered the table from Maidesite.

Had problems with PayPal initially not returning me to the Maidesite website so slight delay with placing the order.

Eventually, the order was placed and delivery was very prompt. No complaints there.

I ordered before Christmas 2022 but did not start assembly until early January 2023 because of the holiday.

My heart sank when I saw it was manufactured in China. I needn’t have worried. It is a superb piece of kit. Very high quality, well packaged, no missing parts, all the holes are perfectly aligned. It was a pleasure to build it. The iPhone is made in China so they (China) can actually build high quality products and this table is one of them.

Only issue I had was right at the end. There is a cover plate which covers all the cables. The one I had been sent measured 87.5cm and was too long. I contacted Maidesite about the issue and two days later they had sent me an 80cm cover plate which was perfect.

So, Maidesite are sourcing and selling a high quality product and their customer support is second to none. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace a humanscale quick stand and found this Maidesite T2 Pro - Electric Stand Up Desk Frame option while researching. Being so much cheaper than the humanscale options I was sceptical but hopeful so bought the electric desk frame.
I have two large monitors and a few peripherals and also know that I lean heavily on the desk so needed a frame that could support a lot of weight.
There are not many options on the market but the maidesite option is great and supports 120kg.
It arrived in 3 days and took just 30 mins to install onto an existing desk surface. This means that when in the low position it looks the same as the other desk in my office but rises easily and quickly to a standing position.
I’m 5ft 10 so don’t need it extended to the full height and having the programmable memory buttons means I can get the same height every time I transition from sitting to standing.
Easy to install. Very quick operation.
So far I am very happy to recommend the Maidesite T2 Pro - Electric Stand Up Desk Frame

I ordered the Maidesite SC2 Pro (Walnut) which arrived very quickly in two separate shipments.
Whilst carefully unpacking both the desktop and frame mechanism ready for initial assembly, I was very impressed with how well made everything was and packaged and this reassured me that I had made the right choice.
The initial assembly process took about 90 mins to complete to a stage where the main desk unit could be moved into position and tested. Additional cable management and privacy baffle were added later.
There was a small problem with one of the desk panels not lining up correctly and following some email correspondence with the very helpful customer services team (Thanks to Carolyn), this was rectified with a replacement panel.
This is proving to be a fantastic height adjustable desk for a great price and overall I have to say that I am very impressed with the build quality and functionality and would certainly recommend Maidesite products and services to anyone.

I purchased the T2 Basic Standing Desk Frame. Overall very pleased with the experience of buying from Maidesite UK. High quality product delivered in good time. Also simple to assemble, took me 15/20mins. Would recommend/use again in future.

I bought a desk on maidesite.de . the desk top came with a damage (dinged) . not a major one but a visible damage. I reached out to maid site customer care who btw respond from china, so the time difference and their poor English skills meant several emails until they actually understood the problem. they offered me a paltry 15 euros as compensation when I asked this to be addressed. I refused and this continued for another several weeks. long story short I left a review stating the same on their Facebook page and they actually sent out an emails stating they will only refund me now (40 euro) if I take down the bad review. I have decided to take this up with the consumer court.
all this being said, the desk and the frame are good quality . I would have been really happy with them, but I won't recommend dealing with them due to their non existing customer support .

The Maidesite T2 Basic standing desk is excellent, very easy to put together and simple to operate. Exactly what I was looking for.

Superb standing desk frame fits like a glove on my IKEA 2 metre desktop.

Easy installation and comes with cable tidies to keep wires out of sight.

My old desk had adjustable legs from ikea that i was loosing trust in from adjusting them often so i decided to upgrade. With my back getting stiffer from sitting at the desk for longer i wanted a motor to raise and lower the desk so i could stand when i wanted not many options that looked sturdy until i seen the Maidesite T2 Pro Plus frame this beast is sturdy you can use your own desktop it extends to what width you need when you want to stand the motors are smooth and quiet i dont even worry about leaving drinks ontop when its moving and the memory feature is the cherry on top 4 different heights you can just set at the touch of a button even lock the buttons if you need great product highy recommend

I work from home full time and wanted to spruce up my office and always wanted a desk that could go up and down to try and be a bit more healthy I guess.
I'd been looking at desks in Costco but saw a few YouTubes on making your own with an electronic frame and whatever worktop takes your fancy. I took a look and found Maidesite, read a couple of reviews and figured with a 5 year warranty I couldn't really go wrong. Ordered the T2 Pro frame with dual motors. This came about a week later and very well packaged indeed. The instructions were pretty straightforward and it was assembled quite easily. I bought a length of Ikea 28mm worktop for the top and secured this with the included screws. A couple of cable trays later which I positioned toward the back and I had all the wiring done. I also used a row of self adhesive smart LED lighting along the back for a bit of extra bling. on top I have a 27" iMac and 2x 24" screens, stream deck, iPad Pro for note taking, Elgato Key Light Air for Teams calls, Printer (I hate printers but.. y'know) and some other bits and bobs. This desk is the business. I programmed it for my sitting position, and then for the standing position also, using some strong self adhesive cable clips to mount the wires to the outside right leg. I wish I could post a picture, but it is awesome. The desk motors are powerful and lift the weight with ease. Nice and well controlled it doesn't take more than a few seconds to lift from about 75cm to 110cm.
There's some other bells and whistles with a USB charge point on the controller and its got a funky timer thing to remind you to change positions, but I dont really use that bit. Awesome and highly recommended.

Since working from home full time I found myself needing to move about a bit more. In my previous office I had the option of moving between standing desk or sitting desks but didn't have the room for this in my home office. I already had quite a large seated desk that cost a fair bit of money so didn't want to replace it completely. After a good search I found the Maidesite T2 Pro Plus frame that looked like it would do the job. My desk is 180cm by 80cm and holds my desktop tower, work laptop and 3x 27 inch monitors so the frame would need to support a fair bit of weight. These were the deciding factors for me choosing the T2 Pro Plus over the other models. The frame arrived a few days after ordering it and the build quality was fantastic and it had a good weight to it already, giving me some reassurance it wouldn't buckle under pressure. It took me about an hour and a half total to remove the existing legs and attach the new frame to my desktop, then I got my partner to help me move it into place. The instructions were easy to follow and there's actually a video on the website that shows the assembly for those like me who hate following those printed sheets! Once in place the multifunction memory slots were easy to set and I've got all 4 filled already for various heights and seated positions. I've got a couple of seated positions for working and gaming then one for standing and one at the highest height for getting under to manage cables. One thing to note is the cable management wasn't big enough for me to store my mass amount of cables in there but I have attached a separate cable management solution to the underneath backside of the desk and it fits perfectly without interfering with the frame's operation.
