Incompetent Nannies
All of the nannies we got were very incompetent and shows no resilience. One inconvenience they would be asked to be sent back. Basically, they just want to follow a kid in a random mall and clean the house that's it. Very demanding nannies and expensive charge. One nanny even asked money from us and said she'll work for it but guess what, she asked to be returned and made up several lies against our family. We tried to get in touch with maids.cc to raise this issue but instead of getting our money back from her, she is pointing out that she has already worked for it (cleaning the house, cooking and taking care of our 2 year old boy). Last thing, these nannies are telling me they prefer "white families" over us Asians.

Amazing client service - peace of mind
I must say that I am very positively surprised by how the Company keeps on improving itself on the client service side. I was facing an emergency situation with my previous nanny and I reached out to Maids.cc who assisted me immediately in securing the most suitable maid for my family needs. From my point of view This agency is completely unsafe for babies. Their screening process is extremely poor , they keep rotating the same six nannies for weeks, most of whom have no real babysitting experience, zero hygiene, bad smell, and no sense of responsibility.
At one point, they even sent someone who returned drunk, which is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a trained nanny, yet they sent a chef instead this shows a total lack of seriousness and professionalism.
The managers make endless promises to follow up or arrange proper interviews, but no one ever does. Communication is poor, and accountability is missing.
Parents please don’t risk your child’s safety with Maids CC.

I had the help of Arlene, Clara and Naomi to train my maid. They are extremely experienced and professional. They covered all areas my maid needed to learn.
