We used MaidCC’s services from January 2025 to June 2025. The domestic worker assigned to our household was excellent — professional and hardworking. But when she chose to resign after completing two years with us, the way the agency handled her exit process was very concerning.
She gave written notice and completed her full notice period. However, after her final day, the agency claimed her resignation was not valid due to how it was submitted — something that had never been mentioned before.
They refused to cancel her visa unless she signed paperwork confirming she was not owed anything — despite not having received her final salary, unused leave, or gratuity. No breakdown of what was due was provided, and the amount withheld was never explained clearly. After multiple visits and calls, she left without being paid, simply to end the stress.
At one point, a lower payment was offered — but only if we removed our negative feedback online. When we declined, the conversation ended immediately.
We’ve since moved to another agency where the process has been far more transparent and respectful.
We’ve also noticed that some reviews — including ours — have been flagged for removal on google. These were based on direct personal experience, and we believe it’s important that honest feedback remains visible so others can make informed choices.

Please AVOID this company at all cost!!!
Please read this before using MaidCC — whether you're considering them as a client or a worker.
My husband was a client of MaidCC, and I was also involved in the process since the maid worked for our household. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been extremely negative, and we feel it's important to share our story so others can make an informed decision.
As a client, be aware of the following:
* Poor communication: Their entire WhatsApp system is chatbot-driven, making it incredibly difficult to get real answers. You often end up in frustrating loops without proper human support.
* Hidden and inflated costs: Even under their long-term contract, where they are the employer, MaidCC tried to pass on additional costs to us — including the maid’s medical insurance. As per MoHRE regulations, this is the employer’s responsibility. To make matters worse, they charged us almost double the actual cost of government scheme insurance (which is around AED 300), appearing to profit from the markup.
* Misleading sales promises: We were told — and even received written confirmation via their chatbot — that a replacement maid would be provided free of charge when our maid took annual leave. Later, they claimed this benefit only applies to short-term contracts.
* Concerning ethical practices: If you care about how domestic workers are treated, please also consider the following issues that came to light through our maid’s experience.
As a maid (worker), these are the serious issues we witnessed:
* Illegal leave policies: Maids are not allowed to take annual leave in their first year — a clear violation of labour law. They are told their leave is “paid out” as an extra AED 500/month, but this is not documented in any contract.
* Delayed leave into second year: In the second year, annual leave is only granted after the maid renews her visa — effectively denying leave for two full years, again against labour law.
* Exploitation during standby periods: While waiting to be placed with a family, maids receive AED 500/month — which MaidCC later claims is a loan, not pay. This debt is used to justify withholding pay if a maid leaves.
* Unfair resignation process: The only communication channel is WhatsApp, and when a maid resigns through it, management acknowledges it — but later claims it's invalid unless submitted in person. This loophole is not disclosed until the final stages, and they use it to withhold final salaries, which MoHRE confirmed is unlawful.
* Flight allowances are insufficient: They promise a flight home, but the allowance is far less than the actual cost of a return ticket.
* Threats during notice period: Maids are sent threatening messages stating they’ll be reported as “absconded” (with salary held) unless they return to company housing — even after completing their notice period. This is not aligned with MoHRE regulations.
* Coercion at visa cancellation: When our maid went to cancel her visa, MaidCC refused to proceed unless she signed away her legal entitlements. They claimed she owed thousands in deductions, many of which were not legitimate. If we hadn’t intervened, she may have signed everything away under pressure. In the end, she walked away with her annual leave and gratuity — but had to forfeit her final salary just to end the ordeal and stress they were putting her under with unwarranted threats.
This experience was incredibly distressing for our household and for the maid involved. We strongly encourage anyone considering MaidCC — either as a family or a worker — to weigh these issues carefully. Since leaving them, we have moved to Tadbeer (HousekeepingCo), where the experience has been far more transparent and respectful on both sides.

Maids.cc intervened quickly and effectively when I had to replace the maid for my elderly mother. Ms. Sondoss Gharbi (maid manager) in particular understood my mother’s needs and helped us to select the best possible option among different maids. My mother needs attention, patience and care and Ms. Anicel Arcio Labotero with her joyful character and good work organization proved to be the optimal choice. We owe to Ms. Sandoss’ professional help this good result. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!
They tried to steal my nanny when I was applying for a visa with them. I am currently 8 months pregnant and they tried to poach her. Telling her they will give her another opportunity as we cancelled the visa process with them midway.
Super unethical practices their customer service sucks only talk to you when u need to pay them and then they ignore you.

I do not recommend this company at all.
I dealt with them for two months, and they promised many services before hiring the maid. After we ended the contract, they kept calling dozens of times to renew it, even though we clearly stated that we were not interested.
More than a month after the contract had ended, they sent a message claiming that I owed AED 1,200 for seven days in June that I had allegedly not paid — which was untrue, as I always paid my subscription on time. In fact, in the third month, even though I had not renewed, they charged my card without my consent, which forced me to cancel my card.
Do not deal with them — this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

After six months with this maid service, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The maids sent to our home consistently arrive untrained, struggling with even the simplest tasks like washing dishes properly. We’ve had multiple training sessions with their trainer, but there’s zero long-term improvement.
The biggest issue? When we request a replacement, the cycle just restarts—another untrained maid, another round of wasted time and money. It feels like the company randomly assigns whoever is available without considering our requests or the maid’s actual skills. There’s no compensation for the inconvenience, and no effort to ensure consistent quality.
We’re paying for a professional service, not an endless training program for their staff. Until this company invests in proper training, accountability, and customer care, I cannot recommend them to anyone who expects reliable, skilled help.

The company has been really supooertive in this journey. Initially we chose a maid of outlr choice and got them to sponsor her visa in which the process was easy and reasonable. Once our first maid left we wanted to explore the opportunity of get a maid directly from maids.cc. but the the first two maids we chose were nit compatible with our requirements. The change process was easy. As we requested quick successive maid changes, maids.cc put us in contact with a maids manager named Lor, who carefully listened to out requirements and shortlisted 3 suitable maids and arranged an interview for us with them and finally we were able to find the suitable one for us. All this without charging any additional payment. Really happy how Lor and Maids Cc handled the situation.

To whom it may concern,
We would like to sincerely thank Merry for her exceptional support and dedication. After facing multiple challenges with our previous maids, Merry stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and supported.
She made the effort to personally travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, bringing with her three potential maid candidates for us to interview in person. She gave us the time and space to choose the right fit for our home and needs.
To compensate for the days we were left without maid support, Merry offered a 7-day free trial, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. She also went further by arranging a cooking trainer to help develop our current maid’s skills, knowing how important this was for our household.
Additionally, she managed the logistics of transporting belongings from Dubai to Abu Dhabi via taxi and stayed in close contact throughout the day via WhatsApp with timely updates to ensure everything went smoothly.
Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome, and we are happy to have Merry as our ongoing point of contact.
We highly appreciate her efforts and confidently recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated coordinator.
Warm regards,
Khaled Chehab
