This company really cares about it's customers I had an issue with getting a watch back to them I couldn't believe it they refunded my taxi fare to and from my post office as IAM disabled and arranged for a home pick up the care and integrity from mainspring boutique is second to none they went completely out of there way to help me which IAM so grateful for and on the watches they sell they have the best deals in the country I've had many watches from mainspring boutique you won't find better deals fast delivery if you have any problems there on it very quickly you won't get watch deals anywhere else

A Nice selection of watches and often sold at good prices. I got a warehouse clearance watch for a very good price. Most of the watches are made in China or Hong Kong, and are overpriced compared to AliExpress. But now and again there are some good deals.

The winder looks good and does it's job, but it's rather noisier than I had hoped or expected.

Bought two of these Nubeo winders, as I have two of this brand watches. They appear to be be "new old stock" as the boxes were not in the best condition, and the perpex domes had a sticky films over them. After half an hour of cleaning a polishing, they look ok, but not perfect. As they were heavily discounted from the RRP, it wasn't worth returning them, and they appear to work ok.
Not the usual Nubeo quality.

I ordered 2 watches on 12/8/25, the website states free next day delivery, on the 20/8/25 I received an email saying that 1 watch was sold out. I chose an alternative watch, I sent 3 emails but go no reply and no watches were delivered and no refund was processed.I have asked my credit card for a refund.

I've purchased a few watches from them now and always a great! Price up until my last watch I've never encountered a issue. Delivery is very quick also. This time I did need to contact customer service as the watch I purchased didn't work, however after advising them of this I was replied to that next day as stated and they were apologetic and offered me two solutions which I let them know the one I chose. Which was to get a new battery fitted which they have refunded me for, and also offered a good discount on any future purchase. Which is appreciated I felt they dealt with this issue professionally and courtesly thanks again to them. I'm still a😄 customer and know I will be back to buy more, resistance is futile 😉

Where to start ordered Sunday noticed issue with address, emailed them straight away. By 09.30am Monday had a reply sorting the issue. Contacted customer service to thank them and try to get an idea on delivery time. Within an hour had a reply. Dispatched same day and received on Tuesday the very next day. Quality service and the

I ordered a watch online and was promised "next day delivery". This didn't happen! I then got an email saying there would a "slight delay", but that I would get an further email (with a tracking number) telling me of my delivery schedule. Once again, this never happened. An email to customer services was neither acknowledged or responded to. I asked for a refund, which was quickly processed, but I would never attempt to use this firm again. Once they get your money, they aren't committed to fulfilling your order, which is a poor business choice that they may regret in the future.

I ordered my nubeo serius watch from mainspring boutique on 13th of August and it was delivered the next day, excellent service, well packaged and well worth the price 10/10 you can't get better than that 👍👌😉
