I was considering teddies of slightly different hues as a gift for twin babies and emailed their contact address to ask questions about deliveries and received extremely prompt responses.
I wanted to have a look and buy from their physical shop which they confirmed was possible, offering to enforce the web price. So I sent the links to both items I was after.
Up to that point it was a first class service level. However, when I arrived at the store the morning after the drop-off of the items because they couldn't hold them for me, I discovered that one of them had already been sold out online and only one was delivered by the warehouse despite the confirmation they were both on the way the day before.
It was still useful to see the product in person but I left empty handed and bought from elsewhere in the end.

I received first class service. My item was delivered in 24 hours and the one I needed to return was picked up at the same time. Brilliant communication and result.
I am also congratulating Royal Mail who were the couriers in this exemplary exercise. !! Well done all.
