Constantly missing products.
Will never order again! I got robbed a second time! The first time I sent a complaint email, but they refused it because I didn't send them pictures of my package before it was opened. Yesterday I got another package, and I'm raging that I didn't take a picture of the package because again, two products were not in the package! I ordered five fabric softeners, and I got only three. I didn't even text them because there's no point. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER!

However, in order to properly investigate such claims, especially for high-volume or multi-item orders, we do require photographic evidence of the parcel before it is thrown away. This is a necessary step to determine whether the issue occurred during transit, or after delivery, and it allows us to process any claims fairly and in line with our policies.
We understand that in this case the original packaging was discarded, which unfortunately limits our ability to verify the claim through the appropriate channels.
Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and take such reports seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to improve both our packaging procedures and customer service.

I have been using the Makeup website for several years. First in Ukraine, now in Ireland. Huge selection of products. Fast delivery. Competitive prices. Yesterday, I received a damaged parcel, from which mascara and an eye pencil had fallen out. I corresponded with the service centre and provided photographic evidence. They promised to refund me for the lost items. The staff are very polite. I am happy that there is a website where I can buy my favourite products.

I recently ordered Neostrata Bionic cream from makeup.ie and was impressed with how smooth the entire process was. The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found what I was looking for.
The prices were cheaper than anywhere else. I received the item within three days, and it was well-packaged and exactly as described. Free delivery over €25 is very generous.
I’m very happy with my purchase. I didn’t need to contact customer service, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. Because of the low rating on Trustpilot and a lot of bad reviews, I was reluctant to order more than one item. However, since my experience with the site has been very positive, I’ll definitely shop here again.

Totally dissapointed , on my app says that my parcel was deliverd today I never get anything even one notification that my parcel will arrive with dpd as usual . I paid lots of money and I want them back , a sender cancelled my delivery , on dpd website says that my parcel is broken and going back to the sender but not even one message from the makeup about it , but easy for them to keep money and lie people. Amazing website! I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, but I said I'd give it a go anyway. I'm so glad I did, I got my favorite foundation here and sooooooo well priced too
Also got some other little things and some perfume dupes which smell fantasic, they gave me a little face cream as a freebie!
I got my order within 1 week, dpd have just delivered it, everything packaged very well and safely after coming from Poland. I would definitely order here again!

Totally positive experience
I've been using this seller for 2-3 years now, hesitantly at first as the reviews were mixed. However, I have to say my experience has been totally positive. There were a couple of issues with deliveries which are in charge of DPD. The Makeup customer service was excellent, quick to respond and helpful in resolving the issue. On one occasion when the parcel was lost in transit, I was refunded promptly and was able to re-order. 95% of time the stuff arrives on your doorstep in 5 days from Poland to Ireland and the shipping is free. Not bad at all. Would recommend.

This is an update and change to my previous review.
My order has arrived and is what I wanted. It did take longer than expected and I was worried that I had made a mistake ordering from this company.
I now believe the problem to be the route it had to take from somewhere in Europe with a complicated carrier, not the store itself.
Each step along the way, I did get good communication and helpful treatment from Makeup's customer care team.
This perfume was sold at a very good price and the only downside was the long delivery time. I am satisfied now.

OLD REVIEW:
I placed an order on June 4 and was given information indicating the order would be delivered in less than 7 days. It is 12 days later and there is no information as to where my order is.
I tried to submit an email inquiry to the so-called carrier, a company calling itself "Meest" but it wouldn't submit my inquiry on their website.
I then called a 516 number on my confirmation page, which suggests the company has an office in Long Island, but the person I reached was in Poland and even though I had not given her my name, email or order number, immediately told me a manager would contact me in 7 days. How? She did not take my information.
This does seem to be an untrustworthy organization and I wish I had read these reviews here first.

They canceled the order
They canceled theorder because they applied a discount wrongly (a 5 eur birthday discount for which I did not receive an email with expiring date to begin with) and they went on to cancel the whole order instead to own to their mistake and correct their system. Instead, they prefered to cause an inconvenience to the client for a 5 euros discount. Top notch customer service right here... :D
