I ordered a shirt 9 days ago and have wrote 2 emails. Ive heard nothing back on when my order will be shipped or delivered. I ordered the shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday, also for our trip to EDC on Nov. 10 and 11. The 11th is his birthday. To not respond to emails and reach out to let the customer know whats going on is poor customer service.
I order two motion t shirts through this company mall extreme and paid with my pay pal account.
I only received 1 of the motion t shirt and habe been waiting over a week for the 2nd one, but still have not received it.
Tried to send them a message regarding this matter, but their site makes it not user friendly to get a hold of them
I found se type of email copied my order to it with my info, i received no instant reply they received my email regarding my missing item they charged me for...fingers and toes cross
Mall Extreme service did get back with me and I've been communicating with them for 3 days now, took pictures that they asked me to of the 1 t shirt I did received of the Jack o Lantern inside the clear package it came in and a picture of the t shirt outside the package...the envelope it came in I shredded my personal info, thinking my 2nd t shirt was be mailed desperate or was on back order, so I didn't worried about the t shirt M DJ I didn't received yet, until it's been over 2 weeks no 2nd t shirt or email that it was on back order, because I wanted to give the 2 t shirts to my DJ friend as an early Christmas gift in October, that I followed up about the missing 2nd t shirt I have not received
