We understand and appreciate the disappointment when online shopping doesn’t arrive as expected. Our Standard delivery parcels are all sent Royal Mail Second Class (3-5 day delivery) and under normal circumstances arrive within 48 hours, often 24 hours.
Your order was despatched at the busiest time Royal Mail have ever seen. Unfortunately the pandemic placed exceptional demand on Royal Mail this Christmas and parcels posted at this time were not delivered to the usual time frame. For us it is incredibly upsetting to be let down by our carrier, especially at Christmas.
As a gesture of goodwill we refunded your parcel on 22nd December and we can now see from the tracking that it did arrive later that day.
We share in your frustration and disappointment at the delivery time but hope to welcome you back as a customer soon.
