Poor customer service
The products are very good but the service was less impressive. I ordered 2 baby toys. One was posted out fairly promptly. However, I had to chase the 2nd item and it took them about 5 weeks to finally replace the missing item. I was told both had bee sent separately by Royal Mail yet I could only track one item. And there had been no notification of the 2nd item ever being sent. In spite of me chasing this up about 4 or 5 times they kept insisting it ad been sent - which it clearly had not.
It was frustrating and finally when they agreed to send the item to me “again” they still asked me to send back the original item if I received it.
I found the experience unnecessarily stressful and I felt they did not believe me - so i will not buy from this company again.

I’ve taken some time to review what happened with your orders. I can see that both your orders were despatched by us on the same day. As the orders were placed separately two despatch emails were sent, each containing a Royal Mail tracking number. We are sorry if both these emails were not received.
After you reached out to us, we were able to investigate and see that both parcels were marked as delivered on the Royal Mail system. As only one was received we concluded there to be an error on the tracking for the second parcel. We are very sorry for that error and for any delay in establishing that.
Once we established the error we sent you a complimentary, replacement product which we understand has now been received.
We hope you are happy with the replacement and we are sorry for the disappointment you experienced. We will be working with Royal Mail to ensure this situation does not happen again.
