Top job. The engineer was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He got on with the testing and we received a great service. The reports were all good and received the next day.

Andy was your employee, doing some tests for me at Midwest Profiles WV4 6JT on our air compressors. i do not usually do reviews, but made nice change to have someone come in who was polite, very helpful, as he explained what he was going to do, how long i would be down for on my machines, and then explained everything at the end. His main priority was to ensure i could start cutting as soon as possible, and that his job did not inflict too much time lost for my company, i was really impressed with him, and i wish everyone who came in from other places had his attitude. you are lucky to have him.

Brady attended our premises on behalf of Mandate Systems to inspect our compressed air receiver tanks. The experience was very good with Brady keeping downtime to a minimum in a very efficient and professional manner. Communication was also very good working with all levels of staff. He explained his processes and outcomes very clearly and what would be required from the company going forward.

Brady, the engineer who visited us today was fantastic, Friendly, approachable and professional and he took the time to explain the procedures and what we would need going forward. Despite some difficulty's during the testing because of some restrictions, he worked with us to carry out the testing.
A special mention to the team in he office who have worked with us to fit in our testing at short notice because of scheduling issues.
