If I could give them negative I would. I purchased my camera and a 3 year warranty thru them. Thought I had luck getting warranty work done just before it expired. Nope. They were responsive when I was looking to get my camera in. I shipped it to them over a month ago and I cant get a response on an update on repair, or even if they have it. Started to feel like I got scammed and my camera just got stolen:( totally in limbo. Not answering emails and the phone just says their box is full. Not answering calls. Do not use them if you want to avoid headaches!!!

I order camera on Monday Oct 6 with fast delivery for extra expenses and for now I didn’t get any answer so my order even didn’t shipped and customer services and live chat agent don’t work.

This company is untrustworthy. Sold me a set of binoculars of which the inside lens started to fog up within 6 months. Unable to get hold of anyone. Ghosted my emails. No one answers phone. No physical address. AVOID!

The staff were kind and courteous and went above and beyond.
Everything in the package came as they had advertised, and were truly great products. They even threw filters and misc. stuff in there. I'm now in the process of ordering one like my old one...I'll use them forever, bc even Canon stores are VERY expensive. They truly are a LEGIT company.

Terrible experience with this company. I bought a lens which was advertised as in stock. Several weeks passed by with no shipping confirmation. When I inquired, customer service advised me the lens was out of stock and no restock date could be guaranteed. I requested a refund which they confirmed via email but never issued the refund. I followed up several times and never received a response. They ghosted me. Despite giving them several opportunities to respond, I had to submit claim to my credit card which took months to resolve. The whole experience was so unprofessional and I question whether this is a legitimate business. Do not do business with this company.

Horrible service from a ghost town store. They draw you in with very competitive pricing online only to let you down on the whole shopping experience afterwards. Been there, seen it, avoid it!

No. Your $20 offer will not encourage me to buy from you guys. The camera I purchased took 3 weeks to arrive with little to no communication. I called them got hung up on and ignored. I thought I was being scammed. I will not be buying jack from you guys. Please make sure when the customer purchases what you're offering YOU MAKE SURE IT GETS SHIPPED. Ended up receiving camera in the end, I'm use to e-commerce being more modernized and we'll communicated. You want more business? COMMUNICATE.

I've ordered a few lenses from Maple Leaf Photo over the past few years. They have all been brand new, in perfect condition, priced competitively, and shipping has been fast. I recently had another positive experience: I received a different battery than the one I thought I ordered due to an incorrect photo on their website. Customer service was fast and responsive and corrected the error to my satisfaction.

Recently I purchased a digical camera from the Maple Leaf Photo. Steve helped me. He is very friendly and supportive. This makes my purchase a pleasant one.

This company is a total scam. Please know that and spread it to everyone you know. I really doubt that the positive reviews you are seeing are actually real one! I really do believe that they are taking the money for other things as you purchase your "amazing price non-existent/backordered item" and give it back to you after they could make some profits with it in any other way. This "delay issue thing" with the refund doesn't smell good at all... I'm telling you, don't purchase anything there. Sooner or later, they will be in trouble. Time... It's only a matter of time for each of those guys. You can't be fooling people forever without any consequences...

I purchased a complete camera package. The package had all the components I desired. Everything fit my camera that was in the package. This was so easy. No guessing. It was also the excellent customer communication and follow up I received that satisfied me as a customer. Well done!! Thank you!

Had excellent service with this company. It was my first time ordering from them (ordered a new lens for my Sony A7III). Lens I ordered was about $100-200 cheaper here, compared to other sites. After ordering, received an email the next day saying a shipping label was created & should be expecting it within a week. After reading other reviews online, I started becoming sceptical from what other people have experienced. I called the company to make sure my order was received & shipped out & was told yes, it was good to go, also sent an email to customer service. Received the lens about 3-4 days (shipped to the East Coast) after it was shipped out & it came in excellent shape. Checked the point of origin where it was coming from as well & it did come from Montreal, where their store is located. Would order again in the future!

My order was delivered quickly. Some items were missing and I received them very quickly with no problem. Very professional and helpful

Didn't honour their online price after I placed an order. I paid the advertised price and they cancelled the order.

When I called to inquire they said it was backordered but immediately change the price online and hung up on me when I asked for a discount.

Good service, very happy with packing and comunication with them but, I tried to access their web and it seems to be unavailable now.

Their website is well organized and easy to navigate. Purchased item was promptly delivered. I will buy again from Mapleleafphoto.
