When buying cameras and lenses over the phone/online you need advice; this company is very good at this. And good prices too. Their advice on the phone will guide you to the right purchase, and that is invaluable.

The phone agent told me that the 'in stock' product advertised for sale on the website, they do not have it in stock. "Don't bother ordering because it will not process". In this case Canon M6.

Product was as advertised and my daughter very happy with it. Shipping was faster than I expected and that was a plus.

The search function for your website is abysmal. It doesn't search using keywords properly. You really should fix it and customers would visit your site more often.

I bought a camera and stand with warranty but the camera stand spoilt within few months and it wasn't changed for me. I am not happy.

I ordered a ZhiYun Weebill S. Product works fine, price is great! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because they don't show order status on their website. I made a phone call to the store and they told me product has been dispatched and should be arriving early next week. I got the product on Monday. Would buy again....
