Overall satisfied with the purchase. At first tracking was hard to obtain. I had to call twice to receive any info about my purchase.
In the end it took about 12-14 buisness days to receive my purchase in Ontario.

I have no complaints. Camera is awesome and came with everything I’ll ever need as I’m not a professional. In my line of work it’s perfect 👍

So far the products I have purchased from Maple Leaf Photo have been great. I have not experienced any problems as of yet with either my camera and/or lens purchases.

I have bought my camera. Quick delivery with lots of additional components including in the very reasonable price. I am glad to find them. Kudos

bought a Sionyx Aurora kit. received a dead IR flashlight. sent it back with a 18650 battery and received back another dead IR flashlight with out the battery and I had to pay to ship it to them. terrible custiomer service. I had to chase them for months just to receive another broken IR flashlight. do your selves a favour and stay away from this company.

I have always had excellent experiences with maple leaf photo, very helpful, excellent prices (I saved about $600 on my last order compared to any other store online or in person) they even offered to share the expedited shipping cost since I was in a pinch!

SONY HXR-MC2500 was a Great Camera to use and Happy to get it from Mapleleafphoto online. The experiences of the Camera is really useful, and most of all the Purchase Online was responsive !

I was blown away by the price and by how fast it was shipped! I got my camera today (Olympus Tough TG 6) which was ordered just last week. After there was a little confusion, and a little phone tagging, the problem was resolved. Although I admit I have to stay on the phone for several minutes to wait to be answered. But once I was able to speak with the customer service, they immediately processed my ordered and shipped it on the very same day! Thats why I immediately got it. Thank you Maple Leaf Photo!

I have been trying to cancel my order for two days.
They don’t answer to the phone and tell you that you need to speak by phone to cancel it.

Don’t order at this place they don’t have any customer service.

Impressive, I had been searching for what turned out to be a couple of difficult to source fibre optic splitter cables.

A google search brought me to this Canadian camera website with the promise of the items I was looking for. A quick call to sales indicated that they had one splitter in stock and could order the second one. If I wanted I could order two, one would be sent out right away and the other would follow a couple of days later.

I received both at the same time ahead of scheduled time. Friendly staff, great service, and good pricing. More than just cameras!

I was delighted to find that I could support a Canadian company when ordering needed accessories for my new Olympus camera. I found exactly what I wanted on the website, delivery was prompt. My only comment would be that, I imagine that, in their eagerness to fill my order, I received two sets of filters, so will be returning the extra set😄

Funny how I was asked for a review when I placed my order and it was cancelled with no explanation . .I had to write them to ask why? and apparently they didn't have any in stock . .why they couldn't have figured that out before taking my money online? ... of course I had to wait 5 days for my "refund' so had to pay full price on top of that elsewhere until I was "so graciously" granted my money back for the $1000 camera I wanted until the refund was issued.. Very bad business practices ... this particular camera was out of stock everywhere and they seemed to be able to say so before I ordered .. i will never shop here again and don't recommend anyone else to do so..

What a great item!! Got this for my husband for his birthday and anniversary gift. He loves it and is using it often. Only thing is that the flash we got is obsolete but there is a workaround online. Fast shipping too!

Very good customer service, although I return the product I purchased, the return procedure is very professional and I got the refund without any questions.
