It was great experience getting my purchase delivered very promptly at a best price.

The picture on your site was showing a real sony battery not a no name brand battery, for 35 more dollars I would have bought the original sony battery, very diapointed, at leat you show the real picture of I am buying!!
Can I trade those 2 batteries for real Sony batteries?

Ordered a canon camera and it arrived on time. The price was fantastic. I’m still learning how to use all the features.

Ok, gonna be honest. I was buying the Atomos Shinobi, and saw that Mapleleafphoto had an incredible bang for buck bundle, and so I bought it.
Later I started doing some research and saw that mapleleafphoto has so many bad reviews, granted they are from a few years ago, but my experience was opposite.

In the beginning I got nervous because there were issue with the tracking number, as it wasn't tracking my package. So I called mapleleaf's customer support on the phone and they answered right away. Turns out they first had to ship my package from their US warehouse to Canada, and then they'd ship it to me.
Long story short, my package still came on time as advertised (7-10 days), and everything that was advertised in the bundle was in fact there.
So overall, I'm happy with the purchase and will most likely purchase something in the future

I am relieved to have finally received my camera three weeks after I ordered it. Customer service was easy to reach and helpful, explaining that my camera was coming from their warehouse in New Jersey hence the delay in shipping. Reading the other negative reviews, I was worried I had been scammed. In the end, I am pleased with my new camera. I'm giving only 3 stars because delivery took 3 weeks.

Can't believe how fast I received my parcel. Now to get my new Nikon all charged up and start clicking! Thank you Mapleleafphoto :)

Great service, they shipped the lens i was looking for across Canada, it arrived as and when expected. Price was good, better than others.

Sorry to say the service was awful. Ordered a camera in good faith, as a friend had recommended Maple Leaf to me, however they sold me a camera they clearly didn't have in stock, weeks passed and the tracking details, just said, label printed, nothing moved anywhere, so I called up to find out what was going on and was told it was coming from their American depot, and it would be dispatched in a couple of days. This was NOT true, and still the camera didn't come. I called again and this time I told them that they had until the following week to deliver the camera, or I wanted a refund. No camera came, I called for a refund, they said no problem and that I would likely be refunded back onto my card with around 5 days. You guessed it, five days passed no refund. I called again and I asked where my refund was. I was told this time, they couldn't issue a refund until they had received the good from their US depot. It was at this point, having been lied to on at least two occasions now, I got extremely angry, and I told them I wanted the refund and I wanted it doing that day and that their supply issue, was not my concern. I did get confirmation of the refund that day via email and a few days later the money was refunded to my card. I cannot in honesty recommend this company. Buyer beware! You may have a good experience, or like me you may have a bad one. I will not shop there again. You should also note that this company is not an authorized dealer.

I did a lot of research and price comparing to find the best package deal of a Canon EOS Rebel T7/2000D for my wife for Christmas last year. MapleLeafPhoto.ca had the best price and so many extras in the bundle. She still hasn't tried all of the extra lens attachments! Shipping was free and fast! Will definitely buy from here again.

After researching the camera that I wanted, I found that Maple Leaf had the best price. I was a bit hesitant to order an expensive camera online, but can say that I have no regrets. Service was friendly and delivery fast.

This is an excellent company, product as advertised and very quick delivery.
Best part is that I had problems with my batteries not keeping a charge and I e-mail support and they replaced both .. DELIVERED within 3 days, and they even sent me an Ac/Dc Rapid travel charger for my inconvenience.

While there was some issues with shipping once the packages had reached customs. Your company was helpful in trying to resolve the issues. When the packages did arrive they were in excellent condition and had been packaged with exceptional care. I would without a doubt use your services again.
