I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a lens for my spouse for her birthday and delivery was supposed to be the week before. When it hadn’t arrived I called a couple of days before her birthday to be told that they didn’t have it in stock at the location in Canada and it had to be shipped from the US. I asked when it was to be shipped and they said that same day it was being sent by UPS and I requested that there be a rush out on it and I was supposed to receive a tracking number. I don’t understand why I was not informed of this delay. So I waited and waited and got no news. I was really mad and I called back to find out what was going on. The customer service representative told me that it had not been shipped yet so I cancelled my order. A very disappointing experience and birthday gift. I was even going to buy a camera with you, a Nikon d750 dslr but with service like that I changed my mind. I was thinking this is great I will go with a Canadian company and support our businesses but what a disappointment.

Was searching online for a solid camera that could take a beating and survive submersion in water if it happened. Settled on the Olympus Tough T6 and began searching online for a decent price. I was happy when I came across Maple Photo, who are located in Canada! Navigation of their website was so easy! price was unbeatable and shipping was super fast. My item arrived on time and in great condition. I would highly recommend Maple Photo for any of your photo needs. They are quick to reply to all questions which made me feel confident in choosing them for my purchase.

Items came as described, although the camera was technically new, it's original box was previously opened and some contents were taken out. There was not anything missing from the product listing but it was not a never been opened product. Customer service, though attentive and reliable, was a bit slow. I didn't get a confirmation of order or a receipt, until I requested it and I had to call a couple times to get some things straightened out.

Shipping was a little slow, but hey, it was free. Got my order in 2 weeks time, so no complaints there.
Great price on the package I ordered and everything was as described. Arrived in good shape and now the fun begins using the equipment. I'll definitely order at Maple Leaf Photo again.

I ordered a sigma 60-600 lens which was sold with a number of additional parts. Deliver was a month long for an “in stock”product and the accessories which were listed as pro quality were garbage the filter set was useless unless you need a coaster. I asked if they would take the filter set back and credit me for a quality filter and I was told no. Too bad I wanted to support a Canadian company.

Overall, very satisfied with the Blackmajic Design Pocket Camera 4K. Using it in our studio to shoot live theatre.
The one difficulty has been the microphone. The remote microphone that came with the bundle, is not very "strong" and the playback audio is weak. Playback video has been great.

I was looking for an entry level zoom lens and Maple Leaf had the best price by far. Their site was easy to use and the lens arrived quickly. I will definitely shop their again... and the lens is great too.

I had recently bought a Sigma 17- 50 f2.8 lens. After using the lens for about 2 weeks (and liking it) I completely destroyed it in a very careless accident. I needed another so I searched for the lens online and found it, for a reasonable price, at Maple Leaf Photo. The Maple Leaf website was easy to use and the lens was delivered a few days earlier than scheduled, in perfect condition. Just how ordering online should work!

Ordered two Nikon 70-300mm AF-P VR lenses that were on special. They must have sold out so they simply sent me old-style Tamron lenses that weren't even close in value or quality, without any form of communication. Getting them returned and getting my money back was a genuine pain and a slow process. They kept trying to off-load the Tamron lenses. In the end I got my money back, but what a totally unneccessary and ridiculous experience!

Two stars because I have bought without problems in the past.

So far I love it, unpacked and it's everything I expected and more. Thanks for the call and extra battery that was useful info.
