This company keeps sending me more and more of this product. I want a cancellation on the subscription I never agreed to. There’s no way to manage the subscription or cancel it. This time I’m going to dispute the charges. I’m sick of companies that take advantage of their customers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU’LL REGRET IT.

I would not even give it one star! Their company is a sham. Their products are NOT made in the USA. They are made in China with inferior ingredients that are NOT represented on their website. They will continue to charge you even if you cancel your subscription. DONOT give them your cc information!

I ordered their tallow product and on their website it doesn't tell you that it's out of stock or on backorder. So when I found out it was going to take a month to get shipped, I asked for them to cancel my order. Then a month later, I get an email that it's going to ship. I immediately respond to cancel my order and they said they can't because it's shipped. But it hasn't- according the USPS website, they haven't picked up the product yet. But the company still refused to cancel the order. They said they only refund if the product is damaged, but according to their refund section on the website, it doesn't state that. I would give no stars if possible. This company is the worst.

I would give zero stars if I could and I do not leave negative reviews typically. The product didn’t arrive, after ordering I got an email for a subscription which I never agreed to, when I emailed they said there was no subscription, then a month later they charged my card and made a subscription order… neither order arrived and when I complained to them they said once they ship orders it’s out of their hands whether it arrives or not… when one month later I protested the charge on my credit card a new shipping order appeared right away from the company and both orders arrived a week later. This is a total scam. Even worse, the ingredients are full of chemical names and not natural and tallow is one of the last ingredients. Their ad says no chemicals or fillers… I threw it all out I would never put glyceryl stearate or the other four long named chemicals with no source listed on my face. Save the hassle

Absolutely a scam.
Product took 8 weeks to arrive. It brought me out in a rash. I asked for a refund. They don’t do refunds. It also has loads of crap products in it that are not mentioned in the advertising; hence the rash. The reviews on their site are Ai generated- analyse the language - it’s not human.
Plus their email responses are Ai generated too. They are never signed by a name / human.
It’s actually quite sad that we’ve got to this kind of dishonesty in retail.
I’m disappointed and just hope that karma bites Marroomi on the ass and they get what they deserve. In the meantime I’m over £20 out of pocket.

SCAM!! Company claims to be American, that shipment is within a week. Product traveled from CHINA for 7 WEEKS. I requested a return multiple times, no response.

After a month plus and no product I attempted a charge back. A few more weeks pass and the product finally arrives....FROM CHINA! The video advertisement I saw on Instagram was for a "small batch hand made product using only tallow, olive oil and honey". The product arrives and the first 4 main ingredients are WATER, MINERAL OIL, GLYCERIN and GLYCERYL STEARATE....SOME PRESERVATIVES (3 year shelf life) and lastly Tallow, honey and hydrogenated olive oil. This product is a complete SCAM. The cost to return to CHINA would not be worth the hassle. Don't put this on your face...who knows what kind of MINERAL OIL they are using....and the hydrogenated olive oil is probably a blend. Nothing in this product is certified "organic".....it's just a complete SCAM!

This company is a complete scam. It's not even a company. Never received my order.And no one replied to any of my customer service inquiries.

Order number 3148. Never received it. I ordered it when they had the 2 for 1 special. They did get my $$. This was back on June 9. I just now emailed them today...again. I email them every 2 weeks or so. I have had no response.

I ordered August 16, 2025. It arrived 2 months later…. I emailed about the shipping….they kept saying on its way…but it just sat in shipping…. It still says “In Transt”…. Even after I received it🤦🏻‍♀️. I cancelled thru emails 4 times with them and also cancelled payment with my credit card. Poor customer service and too long to get an item…. When it arrived it was barely wrapped,. I had already requested a Return Authorization and I have now asked for Return Authorization 3 times… I stated all the reasons I was cancelling my order in all my emails… now they say All Sales Are Final…and you can’t cancel an order simply because of “change of mind”🤷🏻‍♀️. Their site says if you are not happy when you receive the product contact them and you can return…. and it does not say All Sales Are Final! I have done that and they have not sent the Return Authorization … also I have seen on reviews that they will try to charge again along with membership fees which I certainly did not sign up for membership to anything! Terrible Company… Google and buy through USA….

Bought buy one get one free through you guys August 14… Took my money but never sent me a product…😡😡😡

I ordered the product a month ago, still have not seen it. I tried to cancel the order the next day and they wouldn't give me a refund. SCAM! Do not order from them.

I ordered a product from them on August 10th and as of October 3rd still have not received the product. They have no tracking updates and i have contacted the company several times for a refund, They keep saying the product is in transit it?? no tracking updates, no contact from company.

Do not use this company. I will NEVER order on FB again. Charged me twice and never received product. Emailed them and get a run around.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOULL BE SCAMMED.

I thought I would never receive my order because so much time had passed since I placed it. Imagine my shock when almost 2 months later, a tiny package arrived in my mailbox. If it had been worth waiting for, I wouldn’t have cared but the Tallow Honey balm is fake. It’s mostly water. I can buy a better product at Dollar General. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED with Marromi or Marroomi, - it’s spelled BOTH ways - so my strong warning is DO NOT BUY!!!!

Do not order!! Same experience as the others on here. Never received my order can’t get a hold of customer service except via email and if and when they do respond, they keep telling me it’s been re-shipped. Can’t track it, never received the second order that they said they sent. So again a scam.

Sadly, it would appear they ship via pony express. 6 weeks for a product delivered by USPS. Don’t waste your $ if you expect delivery in a normal time frame.

I’ve been waiting for my order for over a month and still haven’t received anything. I tried contacting customer service several times, but never got a response. Very disappointing experience.

Do not order from this company. I received a tracking number for the product and told it was on its way, however the tracking number was unrecognised on chasing it up. The product was never received and further contact with them remains unanswered. This company is a fake.

JUST DON’T!
Ordered Marroomi Aug 2. Two weeks later the status of my order hadn’t changed, yet they insisted it had been shipped. Another two weeks went by and I demanded a refund and again they insisted it has been delivered. Finally received my order Sept 19. Always check the origin of your product before ordering on line bc if it’s shipped internationally/overseas (my fault for not checking!) it casts WAY MORE to return anything than you even paid for the product. Also if you check the reviews in this product there’s not wilt of info about the purity of the ingredients.
