Great service but unfortunately the bottom lining of my 2.3x2.3 grow tent is way too small to fit around all four corners so the floor of the tent is exposed. I bought it to upgrade my hydroshoot Secret Jardin tent, but I would recommend secret jardin over Mars Hydro as their bottom linings/covers actually fit

Customer service resolved my issue immediately! I was very suprised at how fast they responded back and just how hassle free and easy they made it. I can't wait to get my lights and test them out! If their lights are half as good as the customer service team then I think I made the right choice by buying Mars Hydro equipment.

Had a wire issue with my light and they sent me a replacement power supply and wires that fixed my issue fully covered under warranty. Mera on the customer support team was great in assisting me!

Bought a tent from them and it was defective as soon as I got it. The zipper was separated from the seem in a way that was irreparable. I reached out to them to see about exchanging for a non broken tent, they literally refused to do an exchange, refund, no solution whatsoever. I contacted them literally as soon as I got because it arrived broken so you figured some kind of warranty even 30 days would apply in some way…NOPE. They will sell you broken gear and not fix the situation WHATSOEVER!! Just as bad as vivosun, if not worse. Quality and customer service (I didn’t think that was even possible). I tried for well over a month to get a resolution and they eventually just stopped responding. I ordered DIRECTLY through them too, so it wasn’t a vendor issue. It was a Mars Hydro purposely screwing over an American customer because they are safe and protected in china issue. You’d get better results and less light leaks/gaping holes stitching laundry bags(with holes) together than using this junk. Their customer service attitude 100% reflects that they know it’s junk and do not care…. whatsoever. Especially if your a paying customer from America. “Influencers” that peddle/“review” this crap get paid/persuaded in someway to “play nice” in their reviews so don’t believe that crap. That’s how I ended up getting shafted.

Got a new driver as the one I have got didn't wanted to work any more. Guarantee respected!
Now hope they can get their untrustworthy vendor to get me my money back, so he doesn't damage the reputation of Mars Hydro any further

I recently purchased a Ph meter. The post office lost it. When I contacted Mars Hydro they immediately offered and gave a full refund. Excellent service and followup to see if I had received the refund. I have purchased several items from them and it's always the same. Fast response, usually same day to emailed questions.

Ordered multiple 100, 150 and 300w light from Mars Hydro over the last year. Lights are great, had an issue with shipping tracking and support was able to get it sorted out.

I purchased Mars Hydro 6 Inch Inline Fan And Carbon Filter Combo With Thermostat Controller.

the fan sometimes works and it doesn't. its very temperamental. trying to deal with the warranty person or company and its been a nightmare. will be heading to consumer affairs.

Their lights are very good and I am loyal to their products. I previously bought some FC-8000s that have helped me a lot and now I have bought a whole arsenal from FC-4000 to the latest FC-1000W Evos. I recommend them 100% and they will not let you down.

I am giving MH a 4, They got back to me the next day. As it turned out my issue was an user error. They have continued to check back to make sure my issue was taken care of.

It came with a hole in the canvas. The say we csn refund 12€ i payed 251€ or wait 4 months or new canvas from.tent.
Its not normal that the refund 12 € or i need wait 4 months. Need full refund take grow tent back. I dontnorder here aggain.

So I have multiple Mars Hydro products with no issues, but I bought the FCE 6400. It was going well until the plug had almost melted. I guarantee if I hadn't found it in time, it would have burned my house down. The same product, a friend of mine found the exact same issue with his plug. After contacting Mars Hydro, they said they would replace the product if I agreed to pay half the price of a new one, which I have done. It's been almost two months since payment, and I still have yet to see the agreed-upon replacement. It's becoming an absolute joke, and I will be contacting consumer affairs if I do not receive it in the next few weeks. I'm very unhappy with their service.
