I baught a light from eBay and it didn’t work and the seller wasn’t responding so I reached out to the light manufacturer mars hydro told them about the situation and they asked a few questions and told me they will send me out a new ballast just pay for shipping I did that and my light was working a few days later I wish every company backed there products the same way they always got right back to me and bar far exceeded my expectations mars hydro has a customer for life and I will tell everyone I no about what they did for me I’ll never forget it

I would not recommend buying from this company. I spent 6 weeks back and forth with customer service trying to resolve an issue where there light caught fire. After 6 weeks the best they could do was 30$ off a new light. Within 3 weeks of receiving said light it began flickering and gave off a burnt smell. Do Not Buy from Mars Hydro, they do not care about your safety.

I received two fc6500 light that didnt work they weren't showing the same par level as they said the lights produced tested a few different devices and they all showed the same this is where the fun began I contacted the support to to pretty much be told I'm and idiot and did I want some money $40 aud instead of a return I had the produced for 1 week well within the return time it took 2 months to exchange 4 emails and ever email basically was just giving me the run around I had to contact fair traid Australian to get it sorted lucky it was a quick process as the person I spoke to said that there running there business in a dodgy way an that if there was no other complaint made it was going g to take months luck for me some poor person had done it and been through the months of trouble long story short there was more than enough complain been field and I had my money back 3 days after they done there thing 😀 . Beware of there dodgy scamming ways.... and who is mushi they don't start there emails with hi I'm mushi from mars hydro 🤣🤣this is a multimillion dollar business acting like a bunch of clowns

Mars Hydro has been a pleasure to work with. I have four lights with them and anytime I have had an issue. They are quick to respond and solve the issue. I recommend to all home growers

I have been trying to contact mars hydro for warranty on my reflector series grow light. I bought 2 and they worked great for starting seedlings for our spring garden last year. When it was time to start our fall garden seedlings, only one light worked. I called the customer service number and it goes right to voicemail. I leave a message. They text me back asking for my purchase reciept and email. I provide the info and they don't respond. I started the process again and they replied and said since I purchased from ebay, they would handle fixing the light for me and said I would hear back from them. I never heard back. Now it is almost 5 months later and still no answer. I found the product manual cleaning out a drawer today and it says there is a 100% 1 year warranty and limited 5 year warranty. The number on the brochure is the same number I have been calling for months. I still have the texts they sent me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCT.

For years Ive seen great results with the TS series I've been researching the 2024 models and can't wait to witness the growth Mars Hydros always had great price with affordable deals

And the electrical bill is down. As a long time grower their products have allowed me to grow much more at a much lower cost.

Iv had two orders now both turned up on time was a slight problem with one an they more than happily sent out a replacement part and a free Bluetooth usb great service and back up

The customer service over at Mars Hyrdo is absolutely phenomenal. I had a fairly brand new (1 year old) power supply (driver) burn out on me that basically wound up looking like a swollen cell phone battery. I emailed Mars Hydro a few pictures of the unit to their customer support email and they were very quick to not only respond, but also helped me resolve the issue in a couple of weeks. After confirming my original purchase and a few verifications my new power supply was shipped out to me and received. Once I received the new power unit there were some minor modifications that had to be done to it in order for it to attach/connect to my FC-8000, however, this step was made very easy to accomplish, as Mars Hydro sent me a DIY youtube video link, that assisted me every step of the way. I am so happy that they fixed this so quickly before I had to cut my losses on this next harvest. My plant ladies are thrilled and once again thriving. Huge thanks to Mars Hydro and everyone on their customer support team.
