The comfiest mattress ever . I have a protruding disc touching a nerve an this mattress is just amazing .. Had other mattresses that just did not give this level of comfort .. best buy

Wonderful customer service, I used them through Wowcher and had a few problems, with the voucher not mattress shed, the guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, my only concern was how hard it was to get through on the phone.

The bed is excellent its such a space saving bed with loads of room underneath the mattress its a little heavy to when you start lifting the mattress up but once the gas lift leavers take the weight its ok and you don't need to hold the mattress when putting anything in the Ottoman part. The bed also looks expensive very very good value for money . so glad I brought this bed very happy customer I also brought the mattress from them too ;)

I had been looking for a storage bed for a while then this one came up at a very good price so I thought I would give it a try not expecting much, however I was amazingly surprised. It assembled easily and the gas lifters work well and now I have that much needed extra storage space. Recommend as a good buy and value for money

Purchased my goods online with no problems. When I called about the delivery of my goods they were very helpful and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from mattress shed in the future.

Ordered from mattressshed as cheaper than Amazon. Had an issues with mirror they were very helpful and sent a replacement within days

I ordered a new mattress from here on the 30th of jan, I says on the website 7-10 working days for delivery, so I timed my new bed and mattress to arrive close to each other! I also ordered a skip for the day 2 weeks after I had ordered my new mattress as to get rid of the old one and old bed! 4 weeks later I was still sleeping on and bed base awaiting my new mattress!!! When I tried to get hold of mattress shed, it was apparent you could only log a ticket (email) and they would try to respond to you within 48 hours!
I then recieved an email to state my mattress would be delivered on the 19th feb,- it did not arrived, then the morning of the 20th feb recieved another email saying it would be another 4-5 working day!
I spoke to a lady who was very polite, and apologised profusely and advised my that the mattress would after in 4 days!
After waiting the extra 4 days (now 4 weeks in total) the mattress still did not arrive!
I emailed mattress shed again as this was becoming abit of a joke and the advised me that the delivery company had lost my mattress! They had a new one sent out on an over night service, and it eventually arrived on the 4th march!
The only thing they can do to rectify this is to refund my postage and packaging cost! Although eventually I had to buy a cheap single mattress to sleep on while awaiting my new one!

By the time the bed actually arrived tbe packaging was in shreds...i was not in to recieve the bed so it was lift in the hallway of our flat i would have certainly refused to accept it in that condition ...it was so bad bits of the bed had actually fallen out...i still dont know if its all there as we are shortly moving house so we haven't assembled it yet...

Im glad I brought my bed from this company it was just what I wanted the only moan I have is the communication could be better when the client is trying to contact the delivery company as I tryed several times with no response but the Mattress company emailed me straight back when I required the whereabouts of my order. I would recommend the Mattress Company but not the delivery service that they use ..thanks

This is a really nice bed fits together well and very sturdy.

The bed is great quality, instructions are easy to follow, and the finish product is amazing. Great underbed storage, however the material of the bottom of the bed is velcro'd on, it doesn't really fit perfectly so there are a few bits where it's kind of overlapping, I would reccomend putting the legs of the bed after you actually build the frame work as the Velcro is under the bed legs, so we had to remove them and then put the velcro'd material. It isn't solid, so when you do put things underneath it just sags the material down, would have been nice to actually have something solid, or just have no legs on it at all so that way the material wouldn't get stretched down.
Item was dispatched 10 days after order was made and the company who delivered the bed was very unclear to when the item was arriving as Matress shed said it would then be four to five working days, which would have been on a Monday or Tuesday. The company delivering the item emailed stating that it would arrive on the day that the seller had stated (4-5 working days) but then delivered it on the Friday before, no one is was home, so I had to email the company to deliver it on the Monday, got no response and didn't get a further email saying if it was arriving on that day, but did get delivered that day. A bit confusing in terms of delivery day, but all in all, great product and definitely worth the wait ! Have reccomended to various friends and family and a few have actually purchesed the same bed! Everyone loves the look of it and very sturdy and comfy, work amazingly with our memory foam mattress and the headboard is very comfortable to lean on.

I didn't have any problems with Mattress Shed. The bed was deliver promptly and safely. The bed went together with no problems and is of a good quality. This is the second time I have purchased from them and would return again.
