I ordered black ops 4 off these guys a year ago and I played it for 2 hrs and they changed the password on the account and won’t give me the details.

I am in contact with their support team for nearly a year now and they are very slow at responding and are no help is there anything I can do guys please help me I’m down the 50:00 I paid for the game

Slow to respond, if you want a refund you must send a ticket but the ticket option is disabled.
They sell a single account to multiple people and you won't be able to actually play the game you payed for.

A month passed from what i Bought a game and when I was able to download it. I was waiting for the code to verify my identity on xbox once you add the new profile. I asked a lot of time to have the code which has been sent to a mobile number associated to the account they gave me but nothing, they were not able to check this mobile number. They didn't reply to my questions. Furthermore, I asked for a refund but no answer neither about this. After I did this review, they contacted me offering a credit to refund the price. I bought the same game and finally i was able to receive the code.

I am, for one, a very angry and unhappy customer. I tried to log in to the account that Play-Start gave me, but i could not log in as my PS4 deemed that one of them was incorrect. I want my money back!!! Either that or they contact me as soon as possible so that we can fix the frickin situation. If any helpful reviewers see this, please reply with a solution to this problem. How can i get my money back? Since the Play-Start "support hub" isn't helpful. Thank you! :)

Dont even consider buying anything from this webpage, i got my account, but they refused to allow to change credentials. I was lucky, after a month i was able to change them through microsoft support, but it was a russian roulette at all. Lucas from the support cant speak english properly, since hes french, and he only helps you if he wants. NEVER EVER AGAIN. SH.TTEST WEBPAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH!!!!

This place is a scam. I had to wait more than 24 hours for the game code to be delivered, which is unacceptable . Next they send you an email with some username and password. After just 2 weeks of playing the game somebody was kicking me out constantly from that profile making it impossible to play. Ive contacted them on their live chat and the conversation is like this :
Me :Somebody is constantly kicking me out of the account and I cannot use the product I paid for. You will fix this or I want refund !
Them after more than 24h:
Hello, You must play with the account provided as indicated in the activation tutorial.
Me:
Hello again, I am using the account provided by you, but somebody is constantly kicking me out of the account as I play. How will you fix this ??
Then again more than 24h to respond:

The worst purchase experience I have ever had. The worst non-responsive support, and they buy from mtcgame.com and deliver to you, only to find what they bought for you doesn't work.

I can safely rule it as scam, so if you care about your money, don't ever get near this, or else you're doomed! Don't be fooled by the Trustpilot icon they put on the bottom, they put a URL that shows you only 3-4-5 stars reviews, so edit the URL to read the full reviews and your jaw will drop.

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews trick and read all the real genuine ones before I bought. The good thing though, I paid using G2A, and I've filed a dispute on my G2A Pay dashboard.

They sent me an email to leave a review and "Win a game", but I'm not gonna fall for it, my hard earned money bought game doesn't work, and was delivered 3 days later, and was sent to MTCGame to retrieve it, and they want me to be seduced by a non-existent mirage!? just rip off. write in the description of different languages and if you buy the product is only 1-2 languages available, mine of course not. no good will not meet. 40 euros set in the sand because the dealer thinks a tooltip that is so well hidden that you do not see it at first glance is sufficient. I feel ripped off and fooled. I will never buy anything here again!
