Fast, Courteous and Knowledgeable
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance of all 4 tires. I arrived about an hour early to my appointment and they got me in right away. They found a nail in one of my tires and were able to replace it with a new tire...an unforseen expense, but that is life; I'm just glad they found it and I didn't have the tire blow out on the road. They were courteous, fast and efficient; they don't do transmission fluid service, but recommended a shop that might. All in all very happy with the service.

Had an 8 o'clock appt took me right in…
Had an 8 o'clock appt took me right in and had me out in 45 min for an oil change asked me if I wanted the air filter changed(it was dirty) told them yes they had to get one (didn't have it in stock) took them about 5 min to get it and told me about the fresh air filter behind the glove box. Told them I had changed it about 3 months ago. Had a nice conversation with the person at the counter while I was waiting(didn't get his name).

Tires good, poor customer service
About a week ago, I had made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived at the appointment time, I was told I would need to wait 2 hours. I went somewhere else. Today, when I arrived at the time I was told yesterday to come by the representative I spoke to the day before (at 8:30 am) to have tires replaced, I was told it would take about 2 hours. My car never got into a service bay until 10:15 am. Desmond, the employee who was working the front desk, was not very customer-service oriented. I had asked for the original tires to be returned to me, and he neglected to inform the installers of that. The tires are fine, and the installers did satisfactory work. My advice to management would be to train Desmond how to provide positive customer service or replace him with someone who is able to provide better customer service.

Not sure who runs the schedule there but I made an appointment last week for an inspection at 10 on a Thursday. I get there and he tells me there is no inspector till 10:30. He says he cannot get me in until 5PM!!!!! 😡 my business went elsewhere!!!
