As a woman having to have any kind of service done on our cars, I always wonder whether I will be treated fairly. So having said that, Derek, thank you so much for my service today! I felt comfortable the minute I stepped in the door. You explained various things that my car needed to me and I never felt pressured to buy something I did not necessarily need or want to do at the moment. You guys did a GREAT job on my tires. My car drives 100 percent better. I would highly recommend the guys at the Main St, Lexington location. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks again!! I will always bring my vehicles there.

Cody seemed very short
Cody seemed very short. When asked for a quote on tires he said he could wright it down but computer would not give a quote. I ended up getting over 1000.00 worth of tires. And your credit card. When I picked up my wife’s car at about 3pm I asked to do oil change on my car. The other gentleman who was awesome said no problem give us a couple of hours we wil get it. Cody chimed in said well we have been busy may not get to it today. So I drove across the parking lot sat in car 20 min later paid 120.00 and drove away with oil done. I like mavis but customer service not your strong point

Poor service
3.5+ hours for a SCHEUDLE oil change. At 12:30 they still at 20 more minutes of work. My appt. was at 10:00. Pulled out at 1:00 and the low oil light came on. Had to bring it right back. 3.5 hours and still waiting on resolution. Lost almost a full day of work for an oil change.

mavis gives discounts sometimes free labor is giving 5 star reviews. went in for alignment. charged me $150 and all the employee did was drive it and parked it. never took it in the shop. i refused to pay for something they didnt do. what got me before all of this, the guy up front said i can know 20 percent off for a 5 star review. i told him, you shouldnt have to bride me for a 5 star review if you do the job correctly. so be careful of these 5 star reviews. get the real reviews on the BBB.
