Mavis Tire - West Bend Reviews 13

I've been to Mavis twice in the last three months. First time to have 2 used tires purchased elsewhere to be exchanged with two bad tires on my Ioniq 5. They dis so, without an appointment in about 40 minutes and I was out. The second time I had a slow leak in one of my wife's tire and again, with no appointment, they found a nail in it, repaired it and I was out in 30 minutes. I meet the owner Steve and he was gracious, helpful and professional and his crew was timely and efficient. Few tire places offer this incredible service at reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to go the Mavis for fast, quality and professional service at fair prices.

Called this location about concerns with the grinding and squeaking sounds my car was making when putting on the breaks, and the sounds it would make going over speed bumps or any little dip in the road. The manager Josh Dale wasn't only kind, but he was truly listening to my concerns without being in a rush to hush me up so he could work ( like some other places I've used in the past). Plus, I've had these same concerns about my car for over a year and was told that things looked great. I knew better & I'm Not a mechanic.
I left there feeling like I drove off with a new car. No more squeaking sounds, my car alignment was back to being perfect, and no more grinding noises. All she needed was new break pads, new strut assembly, and an alignment. Plus Josh cleaned my headlights which was a bonus.
If you're in West Bend, Wisconsin, I highly recommend this location for fast friendly service who really care about your concerns when it comes to your vehicle. I will continue to use this location while I'm here :-)

I highly recommend coming here for tires among your other needs. They are very fast, efficient, and fit you in at the soonest availability. Customer service is great and prices are more then affordable.

My wife had a slow leak in her cars' tire. I made an appointment to have it checked out. It had been 6 months since I last visited for a battery replacement.
I was immediately impressed with the changes in the front desk/waiting area. The new furniture and design are very accommodating for those who have to wait. It was very comfortable and professional.
If this wasn't enough, Josh and his crew immediately attended to my vehicle. It was going to be a very busy day for them, as they were coming off the holidays. They were slammed with a lot of calls during my 25 minute wait. The calls were handled politely, patiently, and professionally.
My tire was plugged, the culprit identified, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I brought them a dozen doughnuts as a Thank You for their efforts. Great Job and Kudos to your team! The new management has clearly made some significant strides to fulfill customer needs.

I had a scheduled appt from Amazon to have my tire placed at this location between 8:00am and 9am on Monday August 14, 2023. My tire was shipped to this location on Wednesday August 9, 2023. I arrived to the West Bend location at 8:07am. I was the 2nd customer in line. There were no other cars available. I told him I was there to have my tire placed. I was told that they could not do it because they had several cara ahead of me. If this location knew last week that my time could not be accommodated, I shoukd have received a courtesy call and I was not given the opportunity to pick up my tire early since they overlooked my schedule block of time. When I looked on the schedule for this facility, it showed the time was available before I booked it. To arrive and not get the services I scheduled is disheartening and disappointing. I will definitely let others know that you do not adhere to schedule times, you do no accept accountability for your inaction. Worst place. I would never spend my dollars for this location. I want my refund back also since the service was not completed.

Should be zero stars! DO not I repeat do not go here EVER.. don’t even think about going here ! This is the worst place!! They do an awful unprofessional job! They will damage your vehicle and do nothing about it. The customer service is awful . The number they give you for customer service must be all rigged together in there big scam of lies .. JASON must be hiding out in his moms basement because he will lie and say he called when he didn’t and then block your number because he doesn’t know anything about being a manager or customer service . You can’t ever get in touch with him not to mention he’s super rude and unprofessional. This place is a complete scam . Do not go here the work done is as bad as there scam business . $2100 in damage on brand new vehicle and they could care less, I’ve have never been treated this poorly by a business.

I was leaving church and realized that my tire kept going down. I went to another tire place in West Bend Wisconsin to see if they could fix the issue. The owner told me to come back tomorrow as this was last minute and he didn't have time to fix the problem. I drove down the street to Mavis tires and brakes which was totally busy. But to my surprise they told me not to worry they could handle it. I was there maybe 30 minutes! The staff was friendly and prompt when it can to me. I'm not gonna lie I felt like a Queen in my Sunday dress 😆. These type of businesses now days are rare! If you need any type of service concerning tires or brakes RUN DON'T WALK TO MAVIS!!!!

They were able to fit me in right away to repair my flat tire. Great customer service too.

Seriously, 1 star is being very generous, considering my experience. Cece was extremely rude to me, she called me ugly, b****, and was refusing to give me paperwork for my car. She literally walked away and refused to help me. She told me they don't need my service. Other ppl were in line (also there to complain about the unbelievable crappy service) and they witnissed her being unprofessional to say the least. I will never return there and I should've Google them and done my research. So many horror stories and bad reviews, my goodness...smh

Had my car inspected today. The staff is always friendly and professional. Trust them completely
