I bought a new Artisan mousepad. It arrived defective with glue on it. I had an unboxing video btw.
I returned the item for a full refund and they tried to screw me over saying they wouldn't refund the shipping and the return shipping because they didn't consider a cosmetic damage a defect.
I had to open a PayPal dispute, which I obviously won, to have my money back.
Their behavior is illegal in the EU. Know your rights and don't let this company cheat you.

Horrible experience , my order went missing under Christmas boom requested a refund due to carrier issues after one month they refused and requested an investigation with the carrier. I had to raise a claim with my bank that took another month . I will never order again from this website as they are not serious and refuse to follow shipping laws basically when the package leaves their warehouse it’s your problem !

My delivery Order 4930116 has been marked as "delivered to the mailbox" and it is empty.
The customer support is basically saying "ain't our problem it's on your own" they can't provide me any proof of a delivery slip with my signature.

Found a mouse in stock here that was out of stock everywhere else. Should have been my first red flag. Their website warns to be aware of increased shipping fees when ordering from them. This is not clickable and doesn’t offer any more info. I go through with the checkout and I am surprised to find about $30ish of shipping taxes and fees. I think nothing more of it, until I get an email from DHL asking for $71 to get my package through customs.
I emailed customer support simply to ask them if this was normal. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed. This is their response, directly from their customer service:
“Dear customer,
Thank you for reaching out!
We do have a huge banner with information for our US customers on the website.
There is also a lot of information about this situation in the media and online since Trump has started this customs war with EU and other countries.
We also have information about the matter in our terms and conditions that you acknowledge before completing your purchase.
It is your responsibility as purchaser of the products to contact a local customs office for an update about the further costs you must pay when the consignment arrives in your country.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Mind you, this was after I paid the DHL fee with PayPal, and the response infuriated me. If I had gotten this response before paying DHL, I would have charged back my purchase. After some digging, I see I’m not the only one. Buyer beware.

If the 30 day return period is broken by just a day they will not allow you to return the package.
Even christmas presents are not allowed when the 30 days period is broken.

Terrible shop. After confirming my product was faulty, they were out of stock of the original model (Black). I asked a white version as a replacement (I really did not care about the color) and while my broken Black mouse was on its way back to them), I changed my mind. Right after they agreed on that Black mouse is faulty I officially cancelled the replacement request 24 hours BEFORE even a DHL label was created (request sent on Dec 29th, shipping label created on Dec 30th). Instead of respecting my legal Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU), the support lied to me, claiming I “could not change my decision” once I had agreed and that the white mouse was a "valid replacement" regardless of my preference. They stated this exactly: "A replacement is considered either the same model or any other mouse with the same specifications and functionality. The white version is therefore a prime example of a mouse that we would send out as a replacement." They ignored my cancellation and forcibly shipped the unwanted item anyway. To make matters worse, they refused a cash refund for the defective goods and only offered "store credits," which is illegal under EU law when an identical replacement is unavailable. Very unprofessional support that uses misleading information to avoid issuing refunds. I had to open a PayPal claim to resolve this. Be very careful with this shop!
UPDATE: Only after escalating to a PayPal appeal and catching the store in a lie regarding the return shipment did I finally get my refund. Avoid this shop if you don't want to fight for your basic legal rights.

When I placed the order, the product was listed as in stock. Only after I paid and after I contacted support myself, I found out that the item was actually out of stock.
They then gave me a date when the product was supposedly going to be available. Three days after that date, the item still hadn’t even been shipped.
The staff are extremely lazy and constantly lying. If you expect to receive your order in less than a month, do not use this service.
Completely incompetent management - after so many years in business, they still haven’t managed to set up basic sales and delivery processes.
